Feature Requests / Bug Reports
- More direct links to partner airline "manage booking" pages
- For points bookings, show how many points were used
- Sometimes when you have UN segments, it doesn't show the entire PNR
- How about a one tool using the other: PNR lookup tool could show R space available Y/N if pax isn't already upgraded.
- Can seat # be a clickable link to carrier manage booking/seat?
- Display ticket create date/time, helpful to know when reticketed due to schedule change.

Mind posting a screenshot of everything? You can use one of the demo modes to redact information you don't want to share.

I had a schedule change that I had to deal with on the return portion of an upcoming EZE trip. I did it through the self serve online tool and now it looks like there's something messed up in my PNR somewhere.
Has anyone seen this/know what's wrong on the
backend. I phoned gen reservations and they saw nothing wrong with the PNR at all but in cowtool it's missing cabin and also the final Rouge flight isn't populating as Rouge and showing 0 earn. On the ticket email I received it also says

I wouldn't really worry. But that last operating airline is amusing. I wonder if they're changing how rouge is handled.
Edit: What does it say when you hover over the operating airline?

For how long is the PNR data accessible via the CowTool at the end of a trip? When the last flight is flown? When the last flight has closed/boarded? I've had issues lately with flights and/or SQD not crediting correctly so I'm planning to capture more screen shots.

It should be for a day or two after the last flight is flown.
If you use the saved bookings feature it will store the total SQx indefinitely, but not a per-segment breakdown.

If I called in and linked two PNRs together (I booked 2 ppl, wife booked 2 ppl), does it note anywhere on cowtool pnr viewer? The agent said it's linked, but I'd like to somehow confirm. I want to ensure we can all check in together and in case of IRROPS.

Not sure if this has been covered or even asked for, but not all of my e-ticket numbers are shown using this great tool
My scenario: flight booked by Princess EZAir, single PNR for YOW-Europe on AF, Europe to YOW on AC (codeshare on LH metal). The CowTool shows the AF e-ticket numbers (057-xxxxxxxxxx) but not the inbound AC e-tickets (014-xxxxxxxxxx). If it matters we have 2x AF e-ticket numbers and 2x AC e-ticket numbers.

I know this is supposed to be to help you to see full booking details, but some of these scenarios are just so obscure they rarely happen, and I've personally never seen them.
