Feature Requests / Bug Reports
  • More direct links to partner airline "manage booking" pages
  • For points bookings, show how many points were used
  • Sometimes when you have UN segments, it doesn't show the entire PNR
  • How about a one tool using the other: PNR lookup tool could show R space available Y/N if pax isn't already upgraded.
  • Can seat # be a clickable link to carrier manage booking/seat?
  • Display ticket create date/time, helpful to know when reticketed due to schedule change.

What is HN status on a segment that I requested an upgrade? RDB shows R(L). Should I call and have it cleared so that when my window opens, all is good?

I have a cancelled (cash) booking. I got the confirmation email. It still shows up in my app (and unlike Adam, the bookings in my app are otherwise accurate). Clicking to manage my booking results in an error. PNR tool gives an error when I try to look it up. But it isn't cleaned up properly - the seats I had chosen are still occupied (shouldn't be a coincidence as I made an identical booking and the same seats of all 5 segments are occupied in otherwise sparsely filled cabins) and my eUps have not been returned. Any idea how to get this cleaned up?

Mis-connected this morning. Domestic.

Automatically re-booked to a flight that is acceptable.

No way to accept/confirm change.

Flight status now "TK" in green.

Will that be a problem I should deal with before the gate?

I have a two flights that I requested e-upgrade for, the status of one segment is HL (Waitlisted) and the other one is HN (Holding Need). Does anyone know the difference between the two? I recalled being HN typically in the past and never seen HL before.

I use the search tool more, but once you attempt to (re)qualify, and particularly once you have a problem with SQS/D/M, you realize just how useful this tool is.

HN if you are outside of your clearance window, and HL if you are within.

And just to clarify, that is how it is supposed to work.

I've definitely seen HN on Latitude bookings, and that generally requires a LONG call to get fixed.

Will the PNR tool tell if a booking has been cancelled or just throw up an error? Having an issue with a booking that just dropped off my app and AC can't find it. Not sure what happened to it

If it's been cancelled, it will just error.
