I have the same situation. 1st leg in F credited normally, second leg in ON - still no credit after a week.

Same here on a PMUA-booked itinerary. The legs flown 3/1 posted OK; the legs flown 3/6 (BTW, confirmed F on 3/2, e.g., pre-integration day) were shown on the BP as ON. Still no credit (of any kind) on 3/11. Waiting w/ baited(?) breath for the outcome; call MP, 1K or whom?

Since most of the cardholders have the less expensive OnePass Plus and Explorer Cards, rather than the much expensive Presidential Plus Card, much of the crowd should board with group 5, which is after all elites. This, of course, assumes that the boarding order is enforced correctly, which is never a safe assumption.

so either you lack patience, think UAinsider is a liar, or both. chill. it's hard to find the signal through the noise on this thread.

Or its been months since the explanation pre-merger that it was a quirk being fixed yet example after example of it has continued from pre-merger through now and is one of the most active issues in the United FT forum where many other issues have been at least acknowledged and addressed.

Perhaps you're missing the 600 or so posts of those looking for the "black helicopters and needing to chill huh?

SEA-EWR 9 miles less?

For the past 10 years CO has credited 2401 miles for SEA-EWR
AS also credits 2401 miles for SEA-EWR
Neither the SEA nor the EWR airports have moved in the past 40 years
www.gcmap.com lists the distance as 2402 miles

Now united.com lists the distance as 2392 miles. That seems beyond the margin for error or the possible difference between different locations on the airfield.

Despite what the HUB states I have one future itinerary that has to have a ticket re-issued. I also lost my seats on a future flight.

I also noticed that some Singapore Air award availabilities are not showing up on United.com. They were showing up the other day but now are not showing up. Wonder if this has to do with some of the further integration matters.

This is being discussed at great length in the forum entitled Mileage Between Some City Pairs is Different After System Integration. UAInsider indicated that they essentially scrubbed the city pair mileage and have "updated" the system. UAInsider further indicated that some of the mileage hadn't been updated and, indeed, the mileage had changed because the location of the airport changed. Many are dubious of this claim...

PM UA Insider as indicated in post 1. She fixed my ticket this morning. Finally my segments are in order

I have flights from 3/5 and 3/7 that still haven't posted and only one with ON. Agent said it was fixed but I am still waiting. Not sure what to do at this point because I had already called...

Ok, a POSITIVE feedback: Loving the extra info on the upgrade listings.. Having never flow PMCO this is a change I like, I can clearly see how fill the cabin is BOOKED rather than checked in... It is showing full long before it did PMUA..

I am at the airport now and all seems to be going smoothly..

Call 1K, have them get you a MP agent, explain you have a flown upgraded segment that mistakenly was in ON instead of R, have the boarding pass to be able to give them a ticket number, and if possible the original email receipt that will list your orig pre-upgrade booking class. MP agent should be able to resubmit for you with that info.

This reservation has been refunded message...

Hi Pat+ and Ocn Vw 1K, we’re seeing this happen when you have a confirmation number that was initially cancelled or refunded for one reason or another and then subsequently used for a new flight. The system is reading the status of the first ticket and is displaying these under the “Refunded” section instead of the “Confirmed” section. We will work to correct this logic. But, so long as you see that your flights are intact, there is no need to worry. You are confirmed. We are just displaying it in the wrong section.

This message was added to my reservation today. The message was not there before even after the systems merged as well as last night. I did not cancel and/or refund this original reservation made with PMUA. Shannon - can you please take a look into this? Does anyone else have the same issue?

Was this booked before or after 3/3? Just curious.

  • We’re still experiencing high call volumes. We are still experiencing higher than normal call volumes and have additional staffing in our reservations centers to help to address this. To avoid the longer hold times to speak with a Customer Service Representative, please consider using united.com or calling back at a later date if you are not traveling within the next 72 hours.

[*]Missing mileage credit requests. Members may request credit for missing miles for up to 12 month, but, website is incorrectly not allowing past 6 months

[*]Boarding groups. Some Premier members are receiving the wrong boarding group on their boarding pass. Specifically, this is happening when the customer is Premier member as well as a Chase card holder (Resolved)

[*]Delay in crediting flight miles. While we’ve made progress here, you may continue to experience intermittent delays in mileage posting over the course of the next week or two (updated 10:30p, March 9)

It was booked before 3/3 (international reservation ticketed and confirmed on 1/11).
