Hi, your issue sounds similar or the same as the one I posted on Page 108 of the thread. I actually found that the PQMs were added, then a separate entry deducting them, like this (XXXX) was made yesterday. So, the total PQMs on the landing page in "My Account" appears as if they had never been added in the first place.

I added that to the list of stuff for UAInsider to look at.

It seems as if it may affect many people. I'm actually comforted to see you report it too. It may be yet another glitch.

Silly me for actually flying. :cool: If I had known what a mess it would cause for me to give them $$$ I would have passed on the trip entirely.

It is patently untrue in my case.

My reservation in June still shows:

I have the opposite case. The PQM finally got updated correctly, but the lifetime miles look random.

Just got upgraded at the 96h window with CPU on DEN-SFO (Tuesday flight). So CPU worked and IM did release at least some seats (1k on Q fare on a 763 ghetto bird).

I look forward to the future Harvard Business Review case study detailing how not to merge two systems.

Ugh. The app shows last flight date as 3/5 but nothing is posted. Any ideas?

My 3/6 and 3/7 flights haven't posted yet either. I'll become concerned if they don't post by Monday 3/12. I'm fully confident they will arrive soon.

The last thing I want to do is call in and tie up the lines for an issue that is not critical.

Reservation is showing it in today's time where as the flight status shows is based on what time it will actually be on that day post-daylight savings.

The 1K number is the same as it's been according to my card and brochure received earlier this week.
