I just received the correct credit for both of my flights on 3/5.

I'm guessing it's a Daylight Savings Time bug. North America springs forward this weekend but Europe doesn't for a few more weeks.

Fare classes are not showing for TAM accrual

Hi,

Fare classes are not visible on the TAM accrual page:

http://pss.united.com/CMS/en-US/mark...spx?ItemId=533

Perhaps all business fares earn miles, but we need the information to make the distinction between economy and discount economy.

Thanks,

Anybody else having problems using an e-cert on CO.com?

I keep getting "! The Offer Code for the eCertificate you are using is incorrect. Please re-enter. If the problem persists, contact the eCertificate issuer for assistance."

I also noticed that I would get that error if I attempt a search for a booking on a date past the expiration date of the e-cert... I.E. an e-cert expires in July, but I tried to do a search for a trip in Sept.

Try searching for a trip before the expiration date of the e-cert. I am still unsure if you have to travel BY the expiration date or commence travel by that date.

But it doesn't show "RN" upgrade availability.

It will if your flight has RN space. If you don't see any RN in the list then that means your flight does not have any.

Well my PQMs are correct but now my PQSs are incorrect. C'est la vie!

craz Mar 9, 2012 7:37 am

my 52k+ was returned unharmed late last night. I say unharmed meaning they didnt subsitute the new PQM #s they just redid as they did on my last 2 flights that posted after 3/3.

However my PQS is short the 26 I did before 3/3 and were there all along!

I have a June itin which just dropped its codeshare partner legs. The Great Lakes segments have vanished.

limey1K Mar 9, 2012 7:49 am

Same for me. 31.5 PQS prior to 3/3 which showed correctly until last night. Flew 4 PQS this week and my total changed overnight to 5 PQS not 35.5 PQS YTD. 4 MAY have made some sense as they were post 3/3 but 5?

InHouseCounsel Mar 9, 2012 7:50 am

Same here- PQM now correct, but suddenly missing 10 PQS

Ditto. Sigh...

seanp7 Mar 9, 2012 8:02 am

PQM/PQS/Status=1K all correct as of this morning. I can't see an error anywhere at this point (except the 3/3 line item for EQM to PQM is still 0).

Upgrades 'not working'

Sigh, checked in last night for DEN-MEL and my SWU upgrade waitlist disappeared. GS desk says to check when I get to the airport as it has been moved to the 'airport upgrade list'. Anybody else have similar experiences? or do I just not get the new United upgrade rules?

Sorry if this has already been addressed but I couldn't find it.........

Do we need to go into our Hertz, Marriott, Mileage Plus etc. accounts and change our frequent flyer numbers to the new numbers if we use them to accrue miles?

Yes--you will need to update them yourself. At least for a while, you should be able to use either your PMUA or PMCO #s and have them credit properly, but you'll need to update partners eventually.

I started a thread tracking which partners accept and which reject the new MP #s.
