That's one of their newest ones - probably meant the 767-200. Or maybe the Amistad (757-300) - those stink too but are at least new.

Confirmed by MPSC: Reservations mistakenly confirmed in ON instead of R are posting as award reservations. Mystery solved as to why miles didn't post. On hold now as she is getting it fixed with the "other desk"

If any one is in this situation and its been more than 5 days , i'd give the MPSC a call. It should show up in their computer as 0- tell them it was not an award fare and to look at ereceipt

So, if I have reservations in the system that have had GPUs confirmed into (ON) classk, then I should call to have them reclassified as R, correct? That way, they should post miles when the segments are flown.

That would be what I would do to potentially avoid the problem yes

If it currently showing as no R availability, would that impact my confirmed upgrade? Wonder whether I should just leave it as is, and then ask for the miles to be credited after the fact.....don't want to mess with my reservation and lose the confirmed F seats.

On the ones that I am currently waitlisted on, I will definitely go back and ask them to change it to R.

Status officially dropped today...

....after 8 years of some status (latest Premier Gold/Gold), dropped today to "Member". My bad and my sad :o

MileagePlus "agent queue" hold announcement is out of date, "For now, it's business as usual, with two separate FF programs..."

sfnats Mar 10, 2012 12:09 pm

Boy, they are really backed up. I just was told to wait 15 days after the flight for miles to post. That seems ridiculous... I feel bad for these agents having to deal with a computer system like this

RPU for cancelled/modified reservation

Placed a reservation for travel this upcoming week; used a RPU to upgrade return leg. Ended with waitlist on 1st leg, confirm on 2nd. RPU balance decreased. So far so good. Then asked agency to change the reservation - different departure day/time, same return. Can't tell if it's a brand new reservation or a reservation change, did not note the initial conf #. Upgrade request was gone (ok, no problem), RPU balance did not get credited (oops). Used RPU again on return legs, same status (waitlist 1st leg, confirm 2nd), one less RPU in the bank. No sign of the initial one.

has anyone else had a reservation that used to earn 100% PQM pre-merger, now show 0% PQM on the new website?

[Call to 1k desk answered in 4 minutes...getting better there :)

Wow. I have been on hold on the "Premier" line for 92 minutes now and still running...I had 2 bulkhead seats for my wife and I (8A and B) on a 757 to Kona on Monday...they were there yesterday but now my wife has no seat...great....

eflyte Mar 10, 2012 12:22 pm

Interesting...out of 4 segments on 2/29 and 3/3 the only one I've seen credit for was the only one that didn't clear an UG. I haven't figured out how to check the code on which the UGs cleared (anyone?) but I bet this is why...

Lifetime Mileage Totals

Looks like the problem with 2012 PQM's and PQS's have been resolved for almost everyone. My lifetime miles are out of balance and I have tried all combinations of potentially missing flights to identify the difference without success. Anyone else having issues? BTW, I have assumed that 500 mile minimum also applies to lifetime BIS calculation going forward.

Edit: Found the difference. Lifetime = 12/31 adjusted balance + current activity through 3/3 conversion date. Cut-off for 3/3 based upon date flight lands. (My LAX-SYD flight 3/2 - 3/4 not included in current total.)
