25 Min on hold for simple request

Called the 1k line at midnight to check on a possible confirmed UG for a return flight segment on Sunday. Second segment (ord-sfo) already updated with miles at booking (last Feb). I took a chance on CPU/UDU for the shorter first segment (ewr-ord).

Segment did have an UG available (as also indicated on the website), so I took the FC seat.
I make a similar call/request all the time with pmUA, and those calls would take 5 minutes. Difference this time ...

1. it took almost 30 minutes, being on hold for 25 of those minutes
2. the rep not understanding that I was already upgraded for the second segment and she didn't need to take more miles for the first segment
3. After hanging up, I went back online. The seat that I requested was not booked, but I was able to select it.

How annoying.

Reservation and Flight status show Different times

I have a trans atlantic flight on Sunday night. The res shows departure at 10:40pm and 4:50am arrival. The flight status shows everything an hour later (note: thats the scheduled time. It's not a delay).

Should that be the case, I won't make my connecting flight Monday morning. Guess it's another call to support.

Has anything been mentioned about viewing the upgrade standby list on United flights operated by Skywest? It's a little annoying not knowing where you stand on the list.....

Is this a Daylight Savings Time issue? North America springs forward this weekend; Europe doesn't for several more weeks. Could be the flight status is just buggy.

funny originally I had:
12/31/2011 2011 EQM conversion to PQM 43,168
12/31/2011 2011 EQS conversion to PQS 23
then they took it away, and now its:
3/3/2012 2012 EQM conversion to PQM 31,092
3/3/2012 2012 EQS conversion to PQS 10

which looking at my saved UA statement is more correct :-) I didnt even notice they give me more for half a day (of course why would I raise stink about more PQM :-))) ).
So they had some sort of error in conversion, rolled it back, and now recredited again.
Still not updates to flight postings or updates to LH 50%

My PQM is now correct but PQS remains wrong. UA needs another set of fixes.

Still waiting for any flight credit (RDM PQM PQS) for three segments in 2/29 and 3/3. One segment on 3/3 posted 2 days ago. Should I still just wait and trust that they are taking care if me?

RTWSTARALLIANCE Mar 9, 2012 6:15 am

We should give the posting of flights seven days they request. Sure they are aware of ongoing problems. Trust. That is something different these days.

With PMUA, when a MP member's status was upgraded after a trip was ticketed, it was necessary to have the MP number deleted and re-entered into the PNR for that reservation to reflect the new status.

Must this be done on Shares?

Same problem - UA110 EWR-LHR on Sunday scheduled 7:05 pm departure, now showing as scheduled 8:05 on flight status, however schedule (reservation search) still reflects correct 7:05

I'm having the same issue for my flights on a single itinerary taken on 3/1-3/3: only two of the six flights have posted so far, and the online credit request says they are already posted. Mine are mix of all sorts of flights: a PMCO, a PMUA, and two post-integration flights. I was going to wait a week or until the hold time gets more reasonable before I call.

PQM balance now ok, PQS (which used to be ok) now dropped. And - status returned to normal (from 1K to Platinum to 1K). Not a bad night somewhere in serverland.
