Maybe I'm missing this, but on the old UAL site you could set your profile as expert and see the buckets for each fare class (especially helpful for upgrades). Is this functionality just gone?

Upgrades are a little math...challenged
My combined balances are showing now and earlier this morning my upgrade totals were correct - but now they're wrong!

Manual check-in nonsense yesterday and today boarding times much slower due to system problems. Online check-in problems last night and today for a bit but then it worked again during the daylight hours.
Could be worse. |

All of my awards, miles, info transferred over correctly. However, I just tried to apply upgrades to a future reservation. I clicked "redeem upgrade" in the reservation, and the system took me to a different reservation. :confused:
I clicked "cancel" and was brought back to home screen. The system deducted 2 GPUs from my account anyway. :mad: Neither the reservation I intended to upgrade nor the reservation I was brought to in error was upgraded. I am in this situation (I think) my flight leaves Tues night so I am within the window. I called and ended up in the Philippines and was told "I am not on the waitlist and I cannot add you because there are already too many people on the waitlist". I am 1K I should jump a lot higher than many/most. I was on the waitlist until last night and now I'm told "I did my best but can't do it". Gotta love an answer like that after 45 minutes and I can't get a US representative.

Hi Pat89339 and bmvaughn, there is currently no indicator that shows “upgrade pending” for complimentary premier upgrades. If your MileagePlus number is in your reservation, the system will automatically begin processing your reservation when your complimentary upgrade window opens. If you haven’t been upgraded by the time you check in, you name will display on the upgrade standby list after you complete the check-in process.

RPU Calculator incorrect and Records with Infants messed up
RPU's summary show incorrect number, but clicking the RPU list in summary SHOWS correct number in breakdown
Itins from UA's system that had Infant Records are hosed. Have an Itin with 3 pax + 1 infant. The infant info is now concated into MY name and the infant name on the record is showing last name and birthdate of infant. UA Insider; if you want to DM me I can give the locator to whomever; |

I was great when I made it in, but my GPU balance dropped from the proper one (3) to none (0) on subsequent login. I'm keeping chill, but figured I'd report it.
