Thanks for confirming! Problem exists for me for both GPUs and RPUs. (3 RPUs and 2 GPUs reserved/used for future trips and twice the number pulled). In fact, when I look at my account activity, I see that the additional GPUS and RPUs were pulled on 3/3/2012 (in addition to some date in Feb).

Looked at my activity as well and YUP my RPU's were double pulled (ignore the SWU's - had out of sequence SWU's pulled that was fixed my MP). I only had 7 RPU's (old Regionals) pulled for future trips; now ANOTHER 7 were pulled today.

Shannon: Feel free to forward above link to your team on double RPU's being pulled; Also any word on UA records that had Infants being thoroughly hosed on pax names now?

Hi EMAW, try giving SILVERWING a try (without the S).

While SILVERWING is accepted, I can't find any case where zone fares are quoted. Seems to just provide the same fares available without the SILVERWING offer code.

Is this just a transition issue or are the zone fares no longer available.

On a related note can we use the Chase Credit Card Companion Zone Fares via online booking now and if so what's the process to access those fares?

I know it's a big task and we should expect hiccups, but weren't there claims that IT had already tried the switchover several times successfully before today? So why all the issues now?

new site issues even though tested

I would assume that because lots of people are trying to do things at once and its something they did not think would happen

GPUs/RPUs pulled twice for future itineraries

OK - it looks like the pattern is becoming clear - hopefully someone at UA notices and reports this.

Mine looks like yours too. GPUs and RPUs pulled twice - once on 3/3 and once on 2/25, even though 2/25 wasn't the date I requested the upgrades.

Interesting to see the change in name from SWU to GPU

So far so good here

I'm not scheduled to fly until 3/7.

So far the new MP # and old PW work fine. Current balances, new PNR's, seat assignments made it across. Became a MM a few weeks ago and no indication as well as lifetime balance but I'm assuming a followup.

UA Insider's presence and responsiveness is most appreciated. Hopefully ops can smooth out.

Yes, it seems like GPUs and RPUs were deducted twice from my account for itineraries in the future. This includes itineraries where the upgrade is confirmed, where the upgrade is waitlisted, and sponsored itineraries.

Another data point. As of ~9am this morning everything was fine. I had the correct number of GPUs. Just logged in again and saw two fewer GPUs. With no action on my part. It appears to be related to the name switchover???

So the double up occurred with different upgrade instrument names. Also this was for two sponsored SWU/GPU. Hopefully they can go through and automatically fix this.

Looks like on 2/25 someone jumped the gun on pre-pulling upgrades on the migration???

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

I see activity info for 2/25 and 3/1 thru the mobile app (but not on site) i have the appropriate # of RPUs and GPUs. How come I can't see any activity on the site?

Same for RPUs - although the names here were almost the same. Can you check that the breakdowns by expiration dates are still correct for you (they are for me and for many others).

My RPU total's are correct but I am seeing this stuff in my activity page.

2/25/2012 System-wide Upgrade Redemption

2/25/2012 Regional Upgrade Redemption

2/25/2012 System-wide Upgrade Redemption

2/24/2012 System-wide Upgrade Redemption

On 2/24 and 2/25 I certainly did not redeem anything.

Do you have any future itineraries where RPUs or GPUs have been applied (whether confirmed or waitlisted and whether for yourself or someone else)? That seems to be the situation where the RPU and GPU totals are wrong.

Miles and segments are good on my account. Thanks for the easy conversion!

I'm not sure it's just site load. Having run into last-minute integration issues on production systems before--and no, it's not fun 4 hours into an after-hours deployment to realize there's a difference between the test and production environments which is breaking things--I can empathize with UA. I'm just not sure their testing was as thorough as it should have been...
