The problem actually probably is on the US side, albeit a problem created by UA MP switching to OP #s.

The US side apparently has validation logic for what constitutes a UA MP #, and that validation logic is simple: 11 numeric digits. Hence the new "MP" #s don't work, because they're 8 alphanumeric characters.

If UA had kept 11-digit MP #s, there would have been no problem.

If US had updated their systems so that they allowed 8-character alphanumeric MP #s, there would have been no problem.

For a short time (I'm hoping we're talking several months vs. several weeks), the old UA MP # should work for situations like this where the partner doesn't accept OP #s as being Mileage Plus accounts.

Flight search engine not showing partners?

Flight search is not showing *A partners when I search for flights to FLR, Italy.
Instead asks me to switch search to either Milan or Rome.

Prior to 3/3 was able to search for FLR and some others.
Anyone else having this issue?

Anybody else unable to log in, getting the message, ! Please contact the MileagePlus Service Center for assistance with your account? Immediately after the cutover this weekend, I logged in a few times successfully. But in the last 48 hours I get this message so I'm effectively locked out of my account. Have waited 2 hours on call center hold and gave up.

Hi rambutan, in some cases we're seeing this happen to customers who changed their PIN/password in the system on March 3rd. We're working to resolve this issue. I don't know if you're in this same situation, but, if you'd like to PM me your account number we'd by happy to research this further.

Looks like the United Club locations list is currently being updated to include ex-RCCs as we speak. I'm seeing new additions as I refresh the page. ^

Glad I saved my boarding passes...
I had my YUL-ZRH-BCN post in my account mid-last week (3 days after flying it), and it got wiped with the week-end storm, hasn't returned yet. The return (MUC-ZRH-YUL) has not shown up either (return was 4 days ago).

My Wednesday/Thursday travel from last week has yet to post as well. I believe they noted there would be a delay in that data posting. Just keep those boarding stubs/ticket number handy just in case.

That I can understand. But that posted transactions get wiped out scares me more.

Keep us posted on this one... B/c K is a paid fare
My CPU ran this morning, but not sure if the problem has been fixed because the agent yesterday up-fared me from K to Q.

On Friday and Saturday, I could not pull up partner flights for reservations. I was able to do it for a brief time yesterday, but the system would not allow me to book them (these flights were 40 percent cheaper than United/Continental). I could only get as far as credit card processing. Epic fail!

There is no Premier 1K option in the drop down list (when I use the online form to contact UA). Isn't this Integration 101, surprised it wasn't on the basic checklist

How do I contact UA using the online form?

! The membership level associated to your MileagePlus number is Premier 1K

I'm not so sure that's correct. This problem was happening in January prior to the cutover.

When I was traveling US Airways in January, I was using my CO OnePass number and it worked fine at the beginning of the trip and then later on the return Star Gold went away.

Check out this thread on the US Airways page: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/conti...ding-pass.html

UA said they were going to turn off posting for a few days, I'm thinking perhaps this will be back on line mid-week and then posting will start up again...
