absolutely none of this is accurate. Buying in "bulk" would mean that Apple or whoever pays up front for tickets. That is not true. Individual customers buy tickets as part of the contract they need....

The only places Etihad flies to in Australia these days are Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
