The ‘one redemption per 30 days’ language seems to be gone from Alaska, AeroMexico (not sure if that one had it before) and Virgin Atlantic for me. United went to unlimited a while back. Flying Blue, the Avios options, Southwest and American are still every 30 for me. (And Frontier but Im’ not sure they really count for much.)

Has anyone else gotten the "You are answering too fast, slow down" message? Started yesterday. But easy questions (like race) and answering with a mouse just takes one second.

I have not used E-Rewards for about 3 years, too lengthy for each survey and bascially wait your time.

Yes. Not often, but I have seen it.

No more access to surveys since attempting verification late November!

I've used e-rewards for 13 years, but suddenly after starting the verification process around Thanksgiving (and then completing it last week, as I'd gotten sidetracked), I have no more access to surveys and no further emails offering me surveys. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't use a VPN, it just no longer works - all I see is 'No Surveys Available' although I've updated my profile in the last week.

How long it takes to transfer to AA? Anybody knows?

I know transfer to AS is instant, to UA iirc is almost instant, BA takes a few days. It has been too long since DH transfered to AA. Obviously AA is not instant.

AA miles post on Tuesdays and I have redeemed on a Sunday and the miles showed up two days later. I have tried redeeming on a Monday evening but the miles did not show up the following morning.

Thanks for the info. Now I vaguely remember that is a cut-off for weekly posting. So I accidentally picked the worst timing, Wed, for the longest wait. Sunday or even Monday morning would be the best options then.

I am really getting disappointed with e-rewards. I have probably tried to do 50+ surveys in the past week and was successful at maybe 5 of them. When I get kicked out immediately, that is not so bad. But when I get kicked out (with no reward) after 15 minutes, that stinks. I recently complained after that happened (again) and they tossed me a few extra points. But seriously, this is getting to the point where I question whether to even continue with the program. Any thoughts or comments from you guys?

I've been with e-rewards since 2007. Until recently, it's been very rewarding to me over that period of time. Before they revamped the program, I would typically be able to make monthly 2,000 United miles redemptions, as well as two Apple and two Best Buy rewards every three months (2 different denominations). I was also able to regularly redeem for 7K Hilton points every two months or so, and an occasional Home Depot, Macys or Target was in the mix as well.

In addition to the usual surveys for a few e-rewards dollars, there were sometimes extended surveys like diaries that delivered several hundred e-reward dollars. (My all-time high for one extended survey was $416.50 in e-reward currency.) Now those types of ultra-high-value survey offerings appear to have vanished, and the few that offer moderately decent points usually result in my being kicked out, sometimes after I've spent a fair amount of time on the survey.

Currently I've found myself reduced to just one United redemption per month, and nothing else. I too am getting more and more frustrated with being offered low-level surveys for just a couple of points that require 25 minutes, and then they frequently kick me out anyway. Data points: In the last two weeks of December I successfully completed only 8 surveys out of 24 attempts, earning 47.5 points, but almost half of that total came from one high-value 22-pointer. And that 22-pointer was one of only three completed surveys earning 10+ points in the last 3 months.

I value the United miles, and that's about the only thing that's keeping me involved with e-rewards. If I can't keep up the one United redemption per month pace without a significant increase in the amount of time being spent answering those surveys, then I may just cash out and close my account.

At least you got a few points. I've complained numerous times and they just basically say, "oh well". I agree, it's annoying when you get 87% of the way through and "oh sorry, we already have enough of your group data".

Sorry that you've had so much difficulty getting them to give you your deserved points. I've always complained to them when I get cut off at or near the end of the survey, and my success rate with getting the points is probably around 85-90%. Every once in a while they do say something like "We're very sorry this happened, and we will share your experience with so-and-so so they can make sure this doesn't happen again," and provide no compensation. But those responses are pretty few and far between, and I can't remember the last time that they failed to respond at all.

Same here. But I have some orphaned Accor miles so I logged in today and am trying to get to 20 points so I can transfer the orphaned miles. Now I remember why I stopped. Went through an 18 min survey, got the end and it said, this survey is closed and I didn't get any points. Waste of time

Who do you complain to? Is there an email? How do you tell them which survey it was? Just happened to me on an 18 min survey and it was totally complete when it said "this survey is closed" and no points were awarded. I'd complain... but how?

I’m still slogging along but there are a lot of surveys I open and then close because I recognize that type of survey as likely to give me a late screen out.
