So the name and account name not matching didn't matter and only one redemption every 30 days didn't matter.
It did not work with AA, I experimented with it, it gave me Invalid value error.

Has anyone redeemed Choice pts before? If so, how long it takes to post?

Need to extend the Choice account balance which was all from Radisson when it was sold to Choice couple years ago. Only used Choice award nights once since then but I don’t want to lose the still sizable balance!

I like BA redemption as it only needs 65 for 2000 avios which are quite useful to me. It will be a bummer if BA is gone for good.
Ack. Just noticed it this morning when looking at accounts to keep active.

Wonder what happened.

BA executive club points - redemption change

Hi,
Has anyone else seen in their accounts a change in the amount you can redeem on BA executive club?
A week ago I was able to redeem 6500 points for 2000 AVIOS.
Today, it will only allow a redemption of 1200 points for 250 AVIOS. There are no new terms or restrictions around redemptions.

I don't have BA as an option at all right now

Yes, I have also noticed this on my account. With the number of screenouts I'm getting after fully completing surveys at the moment though, I don't know when I'll next have 6,500 points!

BA is not showing up in my account as per my upthread post.

I sent an inquiry last week and this is what they replied

Thank you for reaching out to Member Support.

I have escalated your concern to the appropriate parties to help us resolve this issue and I will get back to you once I have an update from them.

My suggestion is, for those who sees the BA option, but only the lowest redemption value, PLEASE send an inquiry to eRewards. Apparently this is an IT glitch that has causing such weird thing. IB's image is broken on my account screen but it is redeemable. BA is comoletely missing.

So the redemption cost jumps a big time, as to for 2000 avios you would need 8x1200 = 9600 points!? That is very out of line comparing the other airline redemptions at 100pt for 2000 miles.

I think this is an IT screw up when they try to put BA to the list of rewards. PLEASE, for those of you who can see the option, sends eReward an inquiry, hope they would escalate it to the "proper" dept to look into it.

I raised a helpdesk ticket on the matter. They replied stating it was BA fault and to contact them. I contacted BA and they said it will be e-rewards side?
So, I went back to e-rewards stating what BA said. Everyone needs to raise enquiries about this

Just sent in a complaint after I got zero credit after spending 15 minutes on a survey about food and recipes (completed to 100%). Got told that they reviewed my answers and they didn't meet eRewards 'quality standards'.

I don't think I'm going to bother anymore. 90% of surveys on the site now steal my time for zero reward.

Ive noticed recently that if you do not meet their criteria the survey for me goes to a broken link page, technical error page or internet not working page.
Also, if they ask for your postcode, age etc right at the end of the survey there is a lot greater chance of being disqualified which is really unfair as you have already completed 99% of the survey.

Tillydog1971 first time poster here, based in UK, this was their response to me, as I only only see 1200 ereward points - 250 avios - i asked if a glitch or new redemptions going forward is iberia logo isn't loading but allowing me to redeem usual amount.

"We are actively working directly with our voucher distributor to allocate more stocks of the popular brands. You will be able to see the option on the website when stocks are available or when there is no indication that a particular brand is out of stock. Please take advantage of the opportunity to redeem another voucher option on the website.

Please let us know should you need further assistance. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,"

Thanks for posting your response.
Your reply is a lot more accurate than mine and gives us hope it just AVIOS vouchers are currently out of stock of the larger amounts.
