Many technical errors and disqualification the past 2 weeks. At least now they would manually issue credit, though sometimes only partial credit if the system does show you spend considerable time on the survey. That is a bit better than previous practice that completely denied credit when disqualification happened at the end of the survey.
May be they are trying tactics when participants becoming too discouraged and no longer taking surveys as frequently as in the past therefore not enough survey results to fulfill their contracts.

That was the case several weeks ago. Then we totally stopped doing any survey for about 10 days and only resumed it sporadically. Their approach suddenly changed. I suspect the system has a "scoring" mechanism. Try to go hiatus for a while and see if things improve to a more tolerable scenario.

So I got a email the other day saying that my account has been suspended due to fraud and all that BS. It wasn't from e-rewards but from AA milesforopinions. Ive been with them for a long time and was always in good standings with them. Anything you guys suggest to write to them to hopefully get my account back up and running???

I'm starting to notice a pattern of the relatively higher point (4 or more) offers disappearing, and seeing a lot more 2.5, 1 and too many <1 pointers. Maybe just a dry spell, or perhaps this is the start of another devaluation?
Oh, yeah, and I received this magnificent "special offer" this morning: "Enjoy an easy 3 points with Offers. Your next reward just got closer! Complete 3 goals in a Special Offer within 6 days and earn 3 points." Be still my quivering heart.
8/21/25 EDITED TO ADD: And just like that, in the last 3 days I've completed a 6, a 5, and five (!) 4 point surveys. Maybe there is hope after all...

Some of these special offers seem interesting though, with double points or something.
I saw one for SoFi or Chime saying like 1200 pts or something, for Alaska that would be like 25000 miles...

So that's why if you want some advice from the FT members, it might prove helpful to you if you're clear about the actual program in your request, given that you're posting on the e-rewards thread.

As someone who has had unjustified suspensions from both programs, I can tell you that it makes a big difference which one suspended you. Two somewhat similar programs being run by the same company does not necessarily mean the same treatment of the account holder if they suspect fraud, whether or not the suspected fraud is real (which in my case it wasn't). My e-rewards account was reinstated each time, my Opinion Miles account was closed. (Not a great loss, IMHO.)

The truth. That I was a very long-time member, very regular participant, and I had done nothing that would be considered fraudulent or a violation of the rules. I was polite, expressed my appreciation for the program, as well as any help they could give me in reinstating my account. E-rewards did, Opinion miles did not. Of the two programs, losing e-rewards would have been a much greater loss.
Here's my caveat: This is going back several years, so no telling if either program is currently receptive to a request for review. I do recall that at least one of the incidents seemed to be the result of a technical problem on their end, but they never explained what happened, just that I was reinstated.
EDITED TO ADD: I'm a pretty fast reader, and it's my understanding that some of these survey programs will ding you if they think you're blowing through the survey without giving much consideration to your answers, so that might have tripped me up, not sure. I have since made an effort to slow things down a bit when I answer surveys, just to be safe.

Recently there are 2 very annoying items on the surveys
1) A surveyor which I forgot its name now but it always has a long list of Least Important / Most Important choice screens that I have never been able to get thru no matter what subject it might be - buying a house, a car, or whatever. NEVER manage to finish the screening. Towards the tail end of the screening it is very hard to decide which to choose because each item has shown before, more than once. I always stumble on that.
2) Several short surveys would direct you to Swagbuck sign up screen when you are about to finish the 5 - 7min 1pt survey. WTH is that? Is this just a fishing hook to induce you to sign up?!
