I've been redeeming Funny Money for Hilton points every 2 months like clockwork- it's the most valuable perk for my travel and spending habits.
For the first time on over a year, my Hilton points posted without my having to contact e-Rewards and ask them to follow up with Hilton. It did take the full 2 months between request and posting.
I suspect that if I look out my window I will see flying pigs. I REALLY hope Hilton has gotten its act together on this.

I haven't redeemed for Hilton lately since I have a ton of points - and no travel... But back when I used to do them every month (years ago) they posted as soon as I redeemed them, almost instantly. Guess things have changed since then :-)

+ 1 here. Four redemptions this year, with an average wait of no more than 5 days between redemption and posting.

Yesterday I left my account with 63 bucks. Today, same account is -37 bucks, with no activity whatsoever. Have they lost their mind or what?

For the past many weeks l get the mails "you have an opportunity" but on clicking always get redirected to "no opportunities". Maybe they got their act together re VPN? I cleared out accounts, so if that was it, be it. UK accounts.

While you never really know with e-Rewards, it seemed like last time negative balances happens, it was because a batch of BA awards never properly made into Avios accounts. A few weeks later, the failed redemption got credited back to e-Rewards accounts and then a week or two later, that batch of redemptions got pulled again from accounts (for successful redemption of Avios that time) whether there was enough of the balance for redemption or not, leading to sone folks with short term negative balances.
