Not sure about Hawaiian specifically, but in general e-rewards seems to be having problems with some redemptions. In my case it's been for a couple of different gift cards this month. Some of my redemptions have gone as normal, and the e-card is received no later than 24 hours after confirmation. Others seem to require a polite inquiry to e-rewards several days after redemption. I can't prove it, but it seems that an inquiry prompts them to expedite, or at least initiate, manually re-processing the reward. They say that they are aware of the problem, and ask for patience as it may take 7-10 days to manually process.

Has anyone else been inundated with surveys lately? One click through an email usually gives me at least 10 surveys. Today's streak was 25! I didn't qualify for most of them and didn't finish three. Many times I have to quit before I run out due to lack of time.
Edited to add: Shortly after posting, I received another survey email. it resulted in a streak of six. This has to be a record day for me.

Does eRewards cancel your account if you have not done a survey for several months?
I went to my husband's account intend to do a small transfer to Radisson so to generate an activity before the 24 months expiration date comes up in Oct. Once logged in, the site said You have canceled the account... Well I know this definitely not from him or me. His account balance is still there, and even allow the transfer to process but simply no survey. Filled out the online email inquiry to request reactivate account as well as re-do his profile.
His last survey was done in Mid May. I notice the last surveys came in Mid June, then stopped.
I saw there were others who had gotten the "You have canceled your account" message, on active accounts, i.e. both surveys and redemption. His account is inactive - hardly redeemed anything other than generate activities. Last redemption was in Feb to AS. Before that was in Jan to BA.
Unlike others, his account balance is intact and the redemption is processed. Very strange.
Went ahead to redeem $100 to AS account. It went right thru.
Tried to make a 3rd redemption of tonight, $50 to UA - it said the account has reached the redemption limit.
How many redemption one could make within a day / a week / a month?
Tonight he redeemed a $25 Radisson and a $100 AS, then it hit the limit.
AS is instant. Anybody knows how long it takes Radisson to post?
Thanks.

Edited to add: Just got an email telling me the cards are out of stock:
"Target eGift Cards are still unavailable at this time but we are working hard to bring them back and expect them to be available within the next 3 weeks."

I redeemed for Target more than a week ago, and yesterday it showed as failed in my account. That's when I noticed it's not on the reward page anymore. Anybody's guess if it'll come back or not.

"Recently, you redeemed a Target eGift Card. Unfortunately we were unable to process this reward request so we have refunded you the points - You'll see the credit re-appear in your account the next time you log in.Target eGift Cards are still unavailable at this time but we are working hard to bring them back and expect them to be available within the next 3 weeks. Once it is back you will be able to redeem this reward again. "
However, after logging out and logging back in I still don't see any entry with a credit for the $75 in e-rewards in my account...

eReward replied on the "You have canceled your account" - they claimed it was one of the reasons below, though they could not pinpoint it -
1) Inactivity (not true as last surveys done in Mid May, with survey emails stopped coming in Mid June).
2) eRewards survey emails landed in SPAM folder (true also on my own email address, but I often restored them before deleting.)
3) Their system received a "Hard Bounce" from the email address, i.e. that email address is not valid. (not true because they replied to the reactivation request to the existing email address.)
In any case, his account is restored. Would now go to the site to do surveys so to avoid the email issue.
Still not know how many redemption (each to a different partner) could be made within 30 days period. Does anyone know about the restriction?

I just quit an on-line focus-group type survey that would have been worth $35. It would take forever to process an answer after I hit Submit; sometimes I had to get back in by clicking on the original link, sometimes it would tell me to wait while everyone else caught up and then after I waited too longa nd clicked on the e-mail link again it would return me to the next question and tell me that I was running behind the rest of the group. I was on my laptop and my home network; both are reliable.
The Survey was provided by Invoke. Don't bother with it.
And how are people doing with Hilton? I submitted a redemption 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up in my account.

I actually had a first time redemption for Hilton a few weeks back. It showed up as complete on e-Rewards' end and was in my Hilton account within about 48 hours.
Last I looked, you can redeem for Accor and IHG pretty much infinitely (a few years back, the IHG points were even elite-qualifying), possibly Choice too. The airline are typically once every 30 days. I've done 7 different redemptions in the past 30 days- 5 different airlines and 2 hotel programs. Hurrah for the 10 surveys a day spigot and a spouse who likes to watch tv at night I find to be boring.

I always try not to keep too big a balance, they just close accounts too easily. I redeem as soon as I reach a goal, for example 1000 miles (not 250, as they are once a month).

A couple days ago when with my husband's account which was "canceled, but now reactivated after emailing them) we redeemed a $25 to Radisson (to add activity), followed by $100 to AS, then $100 to UA - the UA redemption was blocked, saying he had exceeding the maximum allowed redemption - but he didn't because UA is a different partner from AS...
