Hilton
Redeemed for Hilton Honors on 8/27, posted 8/31. E-rewards account showed as completed the same day instead of pending as in the past few redemptions.

I just redeemed $60 for 1,000 Accor points; first time I've redeemed with Accor. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the points to show up in Accor? They said 6-8 weeks, but that's what they say for a lot of hotel/airline redemptions, and it usually doesn't take that long. tls

Thanks, that's interesting. I requested it yesterday (Tuesday), and it's been a bit less than 24 hours, and nothing so far. Perhaps later today or Friday.
I should have asked this before I redeemed, but my account number has some spaces in it, and when I redeemed it wouldn't let me submit the redemption with spaces. So I deleted the spaces and it took the redemption. Is that the way it works for others? It's a a 16 digit account number this way (all numerals). tls

I keep getting an error message when trying to cash out to Iberia Plus Avios. Well outside of the 30-day restriction and I've never had problems before. Anybody else in the same situation?

I done some last Friday and the points landed Tuesday as expected. There were no issues then.

Well, I did get the Accor points. I don't know exactly when they were put in my account because I forgot to check for a few days, but it happened pretty quickly. tls

Lesson learned. Do NOT try to stop "You have a survey" e-mails. I used to keep a bunch in my In Box in case I couldn't find surveys other ways- clicking on one occasionally brought up another one. The new dashboard, though, has been great for finding surveys.
So...I tried to Unsubscribe from the e-mails. It brought me to a screen asking why but none of the listed reasons fit. I closed it down without proceeding. Next time I got onto e-Rewards it told me I'd cancelled my account.
I had to go through the usual e-mail ticket process and be patient but my account was just restored. All the points are there. too.
And now I plan to put in an AutoFilter in my e-mail account to divert the Survey e-mails instead!

Hi guys I originally posted this in another thread but didn't get any response or answer, and I want to know what you guys think. It's from milesforopinions. Which is AA miles.
I did a REMESH survey that offered me $50. But it would be paid out in AA miles on milesforopinions. I asked them how many miles I would be getting for the value of $50. They came back and told me I would get only 2000 miles for that REMESH study. I guess they value $1.00 at 40miles. Does that seem low to you guys? Maybe the rep had the wrong number. What is your guy's valuation for $1.00 to AA miles with them? Please help
