Thanks, it keeps getting wierder, as at the bottom of the page I have a message "We are Nova" with a list of names. Sent a screen shot to CS, and the app is working for me, so maybe just some cyber attack, looking for a ransome in eRewards dollars.

Try this...
If you happen to use a VPN on your computer and are accessing e-rewards with that active, try turning the VPN off and see if that doesn't resolve the issue.

Since I live in Thailand, if I don't use the VPN, I get a message I'm accessing the surveys and website from an unauthorized location. Only the app seems to work without the VPN running. Thanks.

I living in Bangkok. There are plenty of surveys on the US app but can't access any of them. Could you tell me what is mobile service provider in Thailand you use?

Generally, I like to use the home wifi with my VPN (ExpressVPN.) My cell phone is dual SIM with TRUE from Thailand and Ultra Mobile for my US number, though it does international roaming, so all the functions (cell, text, and data) function here.I have no trouble accessing the US surveys using my cell, even when I don't use the VPN.

LOL! They're gonna be disappointed when they find out that 1 erewards dollar is worth far less than a US $. Their 1 million ereward dollars can get them a very cheap hotel or groceries for about 3 days!

Suspended - again
It finally was time to redeem a few rewards with $500 in my account since today was the 31st day after the last redemption. Did all the normal stuff on the first reward, got the code to submit, and then got the dreaded error message with the code that indicates I have probably been suspended.
In the past week I had two surveys I interacted with. One was one of those where you take a survey and it qualifies you for a larger survey a week or so later - this one was for an hour long survey scheduled for last Tuesday evening. Changed plans, changed our normal dinner time. read the 8 emails I received reminding me, giving me the access info, telling me to sign on 15 minutes early, complete a few preliminary questions at the 7 minute mark, then wait for the blue start button to light up. Did all that and had the cursor on the button as it lit of and clicked on it only to be told "We already have enough participants..." I commented that it was pretty much BS. I received a follow up email a day later indicating they hadn't bothered to read my comments and that they would "keep me in mind for future surveys." I replied basically don't bother, I can waste my own time. I didn't cuss etc - just showed my displeasure.
Then I had a regular survey - we've all had them - where they ask if I know anything about a dozen or so companies - I say no to 10 of them - then they proceed to ask me dozens of terribly worded questions about the companies I told them I don't know anything about - with no "I don't know" or "N/A" response provided. At the end it asked for comments and I said this may be the most poorly worded survey I've taken, and why would you ask me questions like "Do they treat employees well" and "Do they have effective managers" after I said I don't know anything about the company?
I'm guessing one of them got me in E-Rewards jail...with $500 in the account and I have been redeeming as soon as the system allows.

Turned out that was a false alarm. A day later I received survey notices again and was able to redeem for a couple of rewards that had hit the 30 day mark. But Wednesday I noticed no emails, no surveys listed on the site - the same yesterday and when I went to redeem another reward I got the "Error" message again....

Erewards surveys seem to work only if your IP is in the country your account is registered in. They seem to be good at detecting VPNs. Your home cell phone will show a home country IP while roaming, so that works.

Did anyone get a notice from E-Rewards in the last couple of days saying you had won Gold and that $15 had been deposited in your account "As promised, for completing our 16-day survey marathon, we’ve credited your account with $15 e‑Rewards currency." I received mine 3 days ago and the $15 hasn't ever shown up. An email to E-Rewards hasn't been responded to.

My marathon bonus was actually posted to my ledger a day or two before I got the e-mail so have a look back at that.
Noticed they’ve added Uber and AirBnB as redemption options to my US-based account

I noticed this was true in the past as I would always get a message that I was not in the right place, so I had to use my VPN to get around it. But lately, I can access surveys and rewards, but only if I don't use the VPN for a US IP address. Once I stopped using my VPN, the home page returned to normal and I sent them an email about not receiving any surveys. Seems that I "opted out" of sharing my information, so to them that meant no more surveys. Opted back in and no problems.

I completed 5 surveys last Saturday, and received the points and a deposit notice email on Sunday.
On Monday I received an email congratulating me on getting Silver (3 surveys). The email congratulating me on Gold came on Tuesday
