Not sure if anyone notice there is a survey (business and employment, 18 minutes, $3.75 earning) that on the first page it already asked you to fill out your full name and residential address, it came up a few times in the past few months, I click on prefer not to answer then it went to an error page, I just close the browser and delete the email, after a few hours I click on another email and able to bypass that survey, but this survey came up again yesterday, as usual I again click on prefer not to answer and close it, I thought I would give it some time to pass, but this morning that same survey came up again and it seems stuck, it is very annoying

I'll probably regret this...
I have had absolutely no problem complaining about E-rewards over the years. A couple of recent posts of mine complained because my account was suspended twice in the last few months - for no reason I could think of. But in both cases when I contacted E-rewards and asked for an explanation they immediately reinstated my account.
Completing surveys only to have them tell you sorry - here's a quarter used to happen frequently and over the years it would take 5-6 emails back and forth over weeks or months - most of which indicated they never read the complaint to begin with - and a lot of times I just gave up.
But something has changed. I still get the "sorry - here's a quarter" more than I would like after completing the survey and jumping through all the hoops. But in the last several months I have received the robo-response right away when I submit an issue, and then in a day or two I get a reply that almost always makes sense and pretty much always gives me the credit. Sunday I submitted such an issue and yesterday I received a reply saying my account had been credited. This morning I had another long survey that said it was done and they wanted to know what I thought of the survey and I gave them an 8 out of 10 - and then got the "sorry" notice. I sent in a message, got the robo response right away and just now got the message saying my account had been credited - less than 24 hours!!!
I'm not sure what's going on - but I love it! Good work E-rewards!!

E-rewards Account expiry - can I start again?
Anyone have any experience with expired E-rewards accounts?
My e-rewards account is approaching expiry because of lack of activity. If I let it expire, and create a new account using the same email address will I get tagged as a returning account or could I get a new sign-up bonus?

Probably not. At least when they block the account, it remains in the system and the email cannot be used again. You can sign up again with different email and different telephone number.

United Rewards Cost Lowered
This morning I went to redeem points for American and United and in passing caught the fact that the United Rewards were $20 at each level vs the normal $25. I cashed in $80 for 2,000 miles. Might help some of you out :-)

Not only is United discounted right now but the 'once per 30 days' language is gone from the award description in my account and tt let me redeem even though it's been less than 30 since my last redemption.

Kind of interesting that United is the only airline program with these discounted rates as well as the elimination of the 30-day window. I wonder what's going on...
