[QUOTE=Happy;36611614]Good idea of capturing the URL! It is so frustrating to be screened out at over 90% completion. Granted those they refused were those they started with the "asking the details to resubmit" that happened 2 weeks ago.

I just noticed the "Privacy" email this past week. I played the game on the first one but on the second I went back and said all the info was presented in the original claim - and they paid me an hour later.

I was signed up via Hilton and until just recently that was my only option for hotel redemptions.

Just noticed now I've got options for ALL, Choice, Hilton, IHG, Melia, and Wyndham.

Good for topping up an account for an award I suppose.

And for keeping Choice/ALL/IHG/Hilton points from expiring.

Glad theyre removing those limitations.

This may (or may not) have something to do with the fact that the companion site Guest Opinion Rewards, which offered Hilton points for every completed survey, announced they are shutting down in early January. Guest Opinion Rewards is inviting members of that site to sign up for E-Rewards instead, so perhaps by opening up with more hotel chains they're making the E-rewards site more attractive to the Hilton crowd?

Well, I guess that isn't it!

Just got email from e-rewards - Hilton will no longer be a redemption option as of January 1 2025.

They are adding Amazon and Walmart gift cards ($75 e-rewards = $25 Amazon).

The unlimited Hilton redemptions were too good to last. Guess Im going to bounce back over to IHG/Accor

The thing is, pretty much every survey platform has Amazon, Walmart,t nad Starbucks. E-Rewards has historically had redemption options that are a little harder to find.

I just took and successfully completed two surveys. At the end, it credited me with 0 points both times. Anyone else having similar issues this morning?

I still haven't received the email about Hilton no longer being available next year. Wonder why, especially since that's all I've redeemed for for a long time.

I've had that occur a few times, submitted a claim, but no luck. It's frustrating at times.

UK based, usually redeem for Hilton, haven't had any e-mail mentioning a change/removal.

Ive never gotten an e-mail about Hilton leaving, but when I go to the reward redemption page, the Hilton tile is labeled as Leaving soon
