I just received $10 for 2 surveys which makes up for the surveys that don't post correctly, at least in part. I'm retired so anything that free I'll take two. 25,000 miles a year is not nothing, so far this year 4k in AS and 5k in AA, almost 500 per week. Since 3/25 only.

I received a $5 offer a week or so ago. I needed it because surveys are few and far between anymore - and it seems if I do qualify and complete the survey I don't get the credit and have to contact e-rewards (who always give me the credit). My wife and I used to be able to gather $100 each per month, now we're lucky to get that in 3 months. I opened 5 surveys yesterday - was instantly rejected in 4 of them, the one I did get to take was for $1.50 and when it was done I didn't get the credit.... On my wife's account it showed 5 surveys - all of them were for 50 cents and wanted you to spend 20-25 minutes. No thanks. Unfortunately it's pretty much the only game in town for now.

You can often clear out enough of those comically low value surveys by clicking on one, doing 2-3 screening questions, and then closing the survey tab. Then give it a minute or so, hit refresh on the main e-Rewards page and see what comes up. (Their system doesnt like it when you do that too quickly- it probably thinks youre a bot or something) Do it enough time and youll often get some higher value surveys to populate again.

I notice these days they no longer give any credit on disqualifications despite you were disqualified after more than 95% completion and already spent 19 to 15 min on the surveys. I have encountered 2 such faikures. Very dismayed.
In the past they often gave at least a partial credits. I haven’t done survey since late March till early June due to out of the country. No idea when this crappy cheating pattern started.

The values of the surveys have gone down significantly for us and the number of surveys that disqualify you after getting a LOT of information keeps going up. Fortunately I try to remember to take a screen shot of the survey URL and if it knocks me out after a point I don't agree with I contact them and 99% of the time they give me the credit. This past week I had 4 surveys that I finished and instead of going to the screen that tells you you were credited with X amount - it says there is an error and just stops....and in a few it says you completed the survey then never goes any further to the credit screen. As I said they have been good about giving me the credit when I send them a message.
After I send a message, they respond, then they send me a survey "How did we do?" - then they send a request to have you rate them on the BBB site (which says they are not accredited... I never do that, and it alwasy amazes me that when I do their survey, I give the customer service good marks for helping me but then blast e-rewards for being so bad - and then they want me to do a BBB rating??? I did one yesterday for the first time so I expect my account will be closed soon. Unfortunately this is the only real game in town that can help keep points/miles accounts active - so we put up with it....

It's been going on for some time. They quit doing 25 cents for every one you didn't qualify for, and started giving 20 cents but only for the first 5 each day - and by that they mean 24 hours. If you got credit at 11:50pm last night and do one at 11:45 tonight - you won't get the 20 cents.

I do notice mist if the penny survey are from universities, goes to tell you how unreliable those university survey results are. LOL.
Also not just weekends but on today a Fed holiday, there are very very few surveys other than the penny ones.
I do give feed back on satisfactions based on how the reps handled the requests. But I ignore their BBB requests.
Agree it is the only game in town. And we still need it, unfortunately. Though once in a long while we did have some 6 to 9pts surveys though not only they are far and few in between, most of those we saw were health / med related so most of the time we were screened out. There are also some odd phenomena- sometimes you get lucky and are able to get a string of successful surveys between 2.5 to 5pts. When that happened I would keep doing them until the streak ended. Still not figure out the pattern though.

I finally gave up on E-rewards soon after Hilton disappeared since that was the only reason I participated. After my final redemption, I did enough surveys to use up my residual points and get to a Kroger gift card. Half a point for a 20-minute survey? I see a lot of those. No thanks.

3rd time got a rejection on disqualification after 95% completion.
So no more wasting time to file ticket if it is a disqualification denial. They still pay for tech issues which are not infrequent. Therefore screen shot at the start of the survey and occasional screen shots during progress, finally the tech issue screen shot are a must.
For those penny surveys, I would click them if below 10min sometime they were simple and finished in stated time. Anything longer I just clicked and exited - this seems to bring out better value surveys soon after. Still need them to replenish AA and AS.

Other times I can easily get through like a 4 pointer, 2.5, 5, 1.5, 6 all in a row and a lot of >= 4 pt offer showing up

however a family members account has been stuck in 0.50 0,80 values for several days now. Right before that there were successes with 6 and 8 pt in same session.

British Airways disappears from reward list!
Anybody knows when did it happen? I routinely alternated between AS and BA until left the country for a long trip, then resumed doing survey just 3 weeks ago. Tonight I wanted to redeem for BA and it wasn’t there! Though Iberia is still there.
I like BA redemption as it only needs 65 for 2000 avios which are quite useful to me. It will be a bummer if BA is gone for good.
