- Is it just me or do other people have to go through the account verification (SMS) process EVERY time they redeem? It's a useless PITA.
- you can get the "consolidation" prize of 25 points 4 (or is it 5?) times per day only, then it's 0. Then I abandon the whole thing until next time

Radisson GONE as a reward option
This just in from an e-rewards email: "Were writing to let you know that Radisson Rewards Americas will no longer be available to redeem in e‑Rewards as of July 14 due to Choice Hotel Internationals acquisition of Radisson Hotel Group Americas.
Choice Privileges rewards will remain in e‑Rewards, so rest assured you can continue to earn and enjoy Choice Privileges points as normal."

Their cut and paste reply to my complaining "We're sorry to hear you are having account issues. Your concern has already been forwarded to the appropriate team and is currently being reviewed. Please allow us 24 hours to complete the process before attempting to redeem again."
Aaargh!

"Thank you for your interest, but we've received enough responses from your target group, which is why you won't be able to continue on this occasion."
Firstly, there wasn't anything to "continue" with - that was the last question on the survey.
Secondly, it leaves a bit of a bad taste when a DEI survey appears to boot someone out at the end, after asking their age! (Bit ironic!)
I've complained to eRewards again and asked for the promised 400 points...

Just had similar happen again on a long survey about my organisation's DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) policies. After going all the way through to the 100% mark and telling them my age, I was expecting to see the "Complete" screen, but instead got:
"Thank you for your interest, but we've received enough responses from your target group, which is why you won't be able to continue on this occasion."

This was probably the 4th or 5th incidents happened in a several weeks time frame.

Having just been sent an email saying they figure I'm perfect for this $12 survey that I was screened out of after 4 pages, then a $5 survey about how I want to get buried and was disqualified when I said cremated with no service...I gave up on them for the day. I have been evaluating the changes the last few days and while they put a lot of lipstick on the pig - it's still pretty much a pig. BUT, and I have no idea if I just got lucky or it's a trend, I got kicked out of two surveys the last 2 days that were obviously completed. I sent them a message and both of them came back in 2 hours - and both of them basically said we're sorry (one even said it was their error) and credited my account for the full amount - no telling me why I got disqualified and all the crap they normally throw out. I'd like to think this is the new improved E-rewards. I'd like to be 21 too....

There is an added task to write down the info (or make a screen shot) on each survey before you start, in case you get screened out after many pages. So you can tell the tech support better info on which survey site behaved stupidly.

I see you guys sometimes send a complaint in about not being rewarded after completing a long survey. This just happened to me and I sent a note in about it. Here was the response:
Thank you for giving us a heads-up here in member support regarding the issue.
I am very sorry for how much inconvenience this has caused you but our records indicate that you were stopped from completing this survey because you did not meet the desired demographic criteria or consumer habits that our client was looking for. Our studies contain qualifying questions that need to classify respondents.
I understand your frustration yet I will reward you for the time you spent completing this survey by crediting your account accordingly within the next 24 hours.
Please note that our surveys do have qualifying questions at the beginning, middle, and at end of the study that can terminate or disqualify your participation.
Hope you will continue to participate in other survey opportunities with us.
My takeaway is that they should ask ALL demographic questions at the start because if I spent 20 minutes on a survey, I should not get kicked out at the end due to my age or race or whatever.

What's so featured about this award?
I saw it too but besides a top placement, there are no special discounted redemption levels that they had in the past for featured awards. :-( At least it has not gone by the way side as I feared it might.

I've had a teaser email for a new look website coming this with the option to choose shorter surveys and also a weekly bonus system based on your level and number of surveys so will be interesting to see how that works out.
