I have been evaluating the changes the last few days and while they put a lot of lipstick on the pig - it's still pretty much a pig. BUT, and I have no idea if I just got lucky or it's a trend, I got kicked out of two surveys the last 2 days that were obviously completed. I sent them a message and both of them came back in 2 hours - and both of them basically said we're sorry (one even said it was their error) and credited my account for the full amount - no telling me why I got disqualified and all the crap they normally throw out. I'd like to think this is the new improved E-rewards. I'd like to be 21 too....
As long as they credited back the earned credit, without the gibberish they used to copy/paste, plus sometimes actually apologize on the technical glitch, I would continue to do the surveys when having time / able to multitask. It is annoying that you need to request it but based on there was no resistance I tend to believe they do have some technical issues which may or may not, get resolved any time soon.
There is an added task to write down the info (or make a screen shot) on each survey before you start, in case you get screened out after many pages. So you can tell the tech support better info on which survey site behaved stupidly.
