About 10 days ago I stopped getting surveys offered. All I get is this message -
"No surveys available. Complete your member profile to receive more studies."
I sent in a few "contact us help" messages but no one has ever replied.
Anyone has this happen to them> Any suggestions?
I am a Diamond member of the e-rewards program since at least 2010

I haven't done any surveys for a very long time (their geofencing got much better vis-a-vis VPN) but I had layover in London, so I logged in and did a bunch of surveys. OMG, what mind-dumbing exercise are those surveys!
(and they again (?) want to send SMS codes for redemption...)

I have not done any survey since Mid Feb because I dont have time to do them.
Today I tried to redeem $100 for Alaska Airlines miles the system as usual requires a code being sent, with the options of receiving it by SMS or by pre-recorded voice call - Neither method has sent me a code. I ended up chatting with the robot which submitted a ticket on this... Doubt this would even be understood because the questions presented by the robot none matches with my issue. So I went to the Contact Us section to submit a ticket.
The same cell phone number has been used a couple times for the occasional redemption in the past, at least one time was in January and that worked.
Anybody has ever had this experience?
Update -
The SMS and Voice Mail finally came, after a very long time. I am surprised it worked despite I have re-requested a couple times. Usually other sites that require OTP codes would only let you use the very last one that comes if you have requested it more than one time...
Anyway the redemption is successful.
Final Update -
Chatbot actually successfully passing the info to human rep who sent an email to me, telling me I actually was able to redeem the reward.
I am impressed by the speed of the human agent response!

WTH is going on
I hope it's just me. Up until recently I completed enough surveys each month to get a Home Depot, Target and Dominos gift card along with 2,000 miles with Southwest, United and American - and every other month 7,000 Hilton points.
Lately all the surveys I get are for $1 or $2 and the majority screen me out right away. I know on weekends the surveys dry up, but the last 4 days I would get emails and the old pop-up notification that new surveys had been posted. I got to e-rewards at each time 6 surveys showed up - most for $1-2 but when I click on them I get no surveys are available. Those 6 clear out and 6 more show up - the same thing. Last week, mid week, I had one day when I had over $60 worth of surveys, then basically nothing that was actually active until today and I finally had 3 that got me over the $100 mark for the first time in a week. BUT in the surveys I did today FOUR of them got to the end, thanked me, two even asked if I had any comments to which I entered "Good survey" - and then they disqualified me. FOUR times today. I'm used to one every couple of weeks and I have routinely copied the survey URL when I get close to the end - but this has been really frustrating. I sent in a customer complaint for each of them, nothing back yet, and I'm sure I can quote word for word what they will say when they respond.
Anyone else having these issues???

I’m hitting more ‘this survey has expired’ points after completion than usual lately but am still managing to more or less slog through.

I had these same issues on the weekend. Spent over an hour and got nothing after completing surveys from $.50 to $4.00. I sent a message to the help desk ut no reply yet. Then yesterday (Monday) everything worked perfectly. Got lots of surveys and when they were all completed I got credited for the survey. I do not understand what happened on the weekend.

I just received the first - of what I hope will be 4 responses from yesterday. The normal BS response stating the reason I may have been disqualified - like I took it too fast or maybe I took it while I was out of the US.... At any rate they credited my account $3 for the $3.50 survey. Good luck!

All the above ties in to your earlier point about how you used to earn enough to cash in for a lot of monthly rewards, but that's become much more difficult. I find myself in the same boat. I've pared back my regular redemptions with Home Depot and Target, and now find that I'm focusing mostly on my core of United, Apple, Hilton and maybe Best Buy.
I'm wondering if the economic downturn has had an impact on these survey companies, i.e. have their clients become less willing to spend the money for e-rewards types of research, and in turn the rewards are fewer and of lesser value? Perhaps when we see stronger economic numbers (whenever that occurs) e-rewards and other companies of that ilk will ramp up their offerings? I hope so--I miss the good old redemption days!

I just received a second response - this one was in reply to the fourth inquiry and came from a different email address. Bottom line was said their records showed the survey was never completed but they credited my account with $6 - which is great because the survey was only $3.50 :-) So 2 of 4 taken care of. I agree the customer service is much much better than it used to be - when I think of the wars I have had with them realizing no one who was responding could understand anything I was sating because it didn't fit their response scripts...but I have been mostly happy with them in the past year - at least I am getting a response, the response comes in a day or two versus never or a few weeks later, and they almost always at least credit the account with something.

Ive gotten two screen surveys for community panels today and qualified for one of them so things might be looking up in that regard.

Lately I've been getting the ones where you spend 5-10 minutes only to be "disqualified". Customer service basically says "oh well, nothing we can do". So I've kinda stopped doing surveys as often. Not wasting my time on bait-and-switch survey companies that mine 50-70% of my data and then "disqualify" me.

I received responses from 3 of the 4 inquiries I submitted about not getting credit - and they gave me credit for those 3 - followed quickly by survey request for all 3 to tell them how they did...
But Tuesday the flood gates opened and I did 10 surveys, then 14 yesterday and so far today 10 (of which I completed 6). None for big money but a steady $3.50 or so.
