Noticed a big increase in screen outs at the 98%+ mark recently. I've been manually credited after complaining, but am getting tired of having to write in after getting only 25 points for 20+ minutes effort.

It's helped to close out of surveys before I get kicked out- if it's clear that they're looking for someone who makes 20 stock trades a month, is planning to buy a new car in the near future or spends a lot of $$ on luxury cosmetics- I'm outta there.

What do people think about today’s announcement from e-rewards?Here’s what you can look forward to:
1. NEW LOOK
Hello e-Rewards, 2023 is calling and thinks you’re ready for a much-needed makeover! We’re ditching our previous logo in favor of something more fun, fab and oh-so fresh!
The changes don’t stop there.
We’re also revamping the homepage PLUS the dashboard, giving you more control over which surveys you can take (from bite-sized ones for when you have little time – to longer, more point-packed options).
2. POINTS SYSTEM
The term ‘e-Rewards Currency’ is switching to a points-based naming system where you earn ‘points’ for every survey completed.
Please note this is strictly a name change and the amount you have in your balance will stay the same. For example, if you currently have $5 e-Rewards Currency, you should expect to see 5 points on the new website.
How much you earn per survey and the amount needed to redeem rewards will also remain unchanged.
3. WEEKLY BONUSES
Saving the best for last – you’ll be able to enjoy weekly bonuses courtesy of your badge level!
Simply complete surveys as normal, and at the end of each week, you’ll get a % bonus on points earned. The higher your badge level, the greater your weekly bonus.
Badges will be based on your lifetime points (that is, the total number of points you’ve earned from completing surveys since joining e-Rewards).

I do like the longer and more descriptive survey list thing on the web site theyre teasing. Sounds like it will make it a little easier to avoid those entertainment surveys that always screen me out five minutes into it.

Same. I just did a survey about wine - answering tons of questions about what wines I know, what wines I drink, the frequency, etc. I answered the questions honestly and fairly. After about 20 minutes it kicks me out with no reward. Highly annoying.

It was repeated situations like this, where I invested significant time to no avail, that led me to stop participating over three years ago.

However on each and every such occasion I used the Contact Us to report it and ask proper credit be manually posted. Each time they posted it the next day with a reply with the last time they even posted less than 3 hours after my request. I have a feeling that these are due to technical issues - because in each occasion in the replies the support reps claimed they were able to locate the survey and knew how much time you spent on it - once they could identify such they would post the credit.
The only time I was kicked out with a reason of This Survey Is Expired - again after the last screen of demographic questions. The rep's response was, it was a technical issue that a survey should not accept participants when it was about to expire. Nonetheless she manually posted the credit.
I understand it is annoying to request survey technical issues, but then I am more annoyed by not getting the rightfully earned credit - as long as they response positively, I would continue with them.
Another thing I notice is, you get a better chance to earn credit on the surveys AFTER the daily 5x 0.20 already given, with the surveys would earned 0 if not qualified - somehow, you get a higher chance of being qualified on those later surveys. May be it is a way for them to test whether the participant is earnest to participate... Just a thought.

I’ve got the new site now- looks like they got rid of the remaining points for screening out, changed the point tabulation to how they were always doing it for non-USA sites, changed the font, and made it look like the mobile app.
So largely cosmetic stuff. Also a small bonus for weekly completions if you are diamond level.

- Is it just me or do other people have to go through the account verification (SMS) process EVERY time they redeem? It's a useless PITA.
- you can get the "consolidation" prize of 25 points 4 (or is it 5?) times per day only, then it's 0. Then I abandon the whole thing until next time

One thing I've started to do (should have learned this a lot earlier) is that when it becomes obvious from the first few questions that they're not looking for someone like me (no plans to buy a new car, haven't bought from their list of luxury brands) I close out immediately knowing it will be a waste of time. In addition- if I click on a survey and the route me to one with a $1 reimbursement I just go back to the dashboard, hit Refresh and find a higher-paying one.

Went through today and it looks like you still get 0.20 for the first few screen outs in a day. They just no longer tell you if youll get the pity points.

) how those 5m $1 surveys take 20m...
