With the weekend coming up I wonder when I will hear back from them.
Same for me. Not sure what happened. I will wait until Monday and follow up.

Sounds like a temporary ban for both of us. They will lift it in time. Not sure whether this is random or targeted. I am basically honest and careful about completing surveys fairly.

OK. I sent a message and they responded with:
We are looking into your account and will respond to you as soon as we can.
I will report back when this is resolved.

Wow, at least you got a reply. Since May 9 I have had no surveys or a reply of any kind. Nothing for 7 days. Who did you send your message to?

My wife's account was closed a year ago and we asked that it be reinstated. When they came back and said ok - we had to do the send in your ID and a selfie.

I clicked the HELP at the top and then got a SUPPORT box and sent a message in to them.

I sent yet another complaint about being disqualified AFTER answering all the questions - and they gave me $1 for the $2 survey with the standard BS response. They just sent me a survey about how I thought they did handling my issue..... I don't know why I waste the time. My surveys have all but dried up, instead of $600-$700 a month I am fighting to get $200. I haven't kept track but I'd bet 80% of the surveys I get cut me off right away and half the others after 3-4 questions - and they know I'm a 77 year old white male before they send it to me. And I really enjoy being online when the email comes in saying I have a $10 survey only to click on it and have it tell me it's no longer available.BUT it's the only place left to get points for stuff I use. Opinion Miles/Place is the same company and just as bad. The United Airlines one sends me an email about a survey everyday - and there has only been a survey there one times this week and after sending me a survey for 50 miles for 7 minutes, I was disqualified before even being asked anything and switched to a 60 mile for 25 minute survey that I clicked off. I used to enjoy doing the surveys - now I know I'm only going to get frustrated. This morning I had a rare weekend survey for $3.50 - a PhD driven survey on politics and relationships. Questions in order: Are you over 18 - yes, are you in a romantic relationship - yes, are you in a romantic relationship with one person or more than one - one, does the person you are in a relationship with have mostly the same political views or mostly different - the same - disqualified! But it let me go back and do it again and this time I said - mostly different - disqualified! So either answer was a disqualifier....

We have not received survey invitations for a long time, as in several months but we can go to the site, logged in, and do the surveys directly from there. It has been working like that for several months by now.

We went on a 5.5 weeks trip and returned home a week ago. On weekend I went on the site to do a few surveys. One survey was about various financial service companies - it went all the way to the demographic questions, then came back to tell me the survey had expired! I was annoyed enough to immediately send an online email to the Help Desk asking to be credited for the cheated credit. I did not get an auto reply confirmation of the ticket but the following day in the afternoon I got a reply from a rep who said would credit my account on the missing credit. A $3.50 credit was added though I thought the original credit was $5... Then a Survey on the Response came and I duly filled it out - cannot fault them this time as the response was quick and the action taken was reasonable.

I am amazed by the "earnings" some of you posted. If we could reach a $300 mark for the whole year we consider it a success, LOL.

Really weird stuff yesterday. I started to redeem points and it asked me to take a photo of my ID and a selfie to see if they match. It said it was successful but it then logged me out and I could not get back in as it said wrong password (it was not the wrong password). I contacted them and they reset everything and then my regular password worked fine. Got back in and finished my redemption with no problems.

Yes I did fianlly get back in. Thank you for asking.
Today I tried to redeem an award on an airline and I get this message:
"Sorry you have reached your temporary redemption limit . Please select a diffeent reward or try again late"

Last time, over a month ago, when I redeemed anything I was able to redeem two different airline reqards. I never got a chance to put a second arard request in today. I wonder if this is part of their new system and procedures.
Sorry, you've reached your temporary redemption limit for this reward. Please select a different reward, or try again later.

I waited a few hours to try again to gprocess a reward request - and it worked just fine. The only difference i see now is that you can only request one reward at a time, but at least 2 requests for different airline/hotel awards are possible as far as I can tell. I just wish E-rewrads had moe information or FAQ's in the web site so we all knew more about how they do things. Maybe the new makeover will rpovide what they say -- "Redeeming will be as clear as day."
