Two somewhat similar programs being run by the same company does not necessarily mean the same treatment of the account holder if they suspect fraud, whether or not the suspected fraud is real (which in my case it wasn't). My e-rewards account was reinstated each time, my Opinion Miles account was closed. (Not a great loss, IMHO.)
So that's why if you want some advice from the FT members, it might prove helpful to you if you're clear about the actual program in your request, given that you're posting on the e-rewards thread.
What did you write them to get re-instated?
