I redeemed for Etihad guest miles on November last year and they still have not posted yet.

For the last couple of weeks, no matter how quickly I respond to a survey email, I get -- instead of a survey -- a questionnaire to "find another survey." Answering the question just leads to another page of questions ad infinitum.

I've cleared cookies (not that I really think that has anything to do with it), but have no idea why I don't get any more actual surveys, just questionnaires that never actually lead to a survey.

Same here. Lots of emails, but almost no surveys at all. Not even the pittance for not qualifying...

Fwiw...

It looks like the HiltonHonors redemptions might be processing a bit faster* as I redeemed $100 for 7,000 HH points on December 31st** (with the "processing delays" warning showing on the e-rewards redemption page) and the points posted yesterday (January 8th)

*the $100/7,000 points redemption I did on September 30th got "lost" in Hilton's I/T update and was manually posted by Hilton in mid-November

**I was a bit gun shy after what happened on my previous redemption getting lost but I wanted to get my redemption in before the end of the year

Thanks for posting. I'm close to when I can redeem again & was wondering whether or not to redeem elsewhere👍

My pleasure and hoping your upcoming redemption takes the same amount of time (or less) that mine did

Now if only they would speed up Alaska redemptions. I redeemed on Dec 1, it states 4 - 6 weeks for redemption which means up to Jan 12 - and my miles at Alaska expire on Jan 13 - decision time - wait or spend $10 to transfer some miles from my wife's account ??????

I also did an Alaska redemption on Dec 1 and have yet to see the miles. Having done Alaska redemption's a number of times before I’ve never seen it take this long (normally 2 to 3 weeks). Hopefully I’m wrong but it won’t surprise me if Jan 12 comes and still no miles

I redeemed for 7,000 Hilton points on Dec. 18, and they landed in my Hilton account last night. I, too, was a little reluctant to redeem while transferring was messed up, but I can only redeem every other month and accumulate far more than $125 during that time. I didn't want to miss the timing since Hilton is my preference for rewards. I miss that period when there was no time frame attached to redemptions, and I redeemed every 3-4 weeks.

Good to see that HH redemptions are now crediting without having to chase up. I don't mind waiting 1-2 weeks to credit.

As an additional data point, I redeemed for Hilton on 20 December and my points posted on 8 January too.

AAdvantage doesn't seem to get many mentions on here so I'll add another data point for them - redeemed 7 January and now in my account.

Call Alaska Mileage Plan and explain the situation. I have had them post 1 mile for me in the same type of circumstance.

Have they stopped awarding points for being screened out?

ive done about a dozen surveys today and only two had partial points, the rest all showed 0.0 for the partial.

Seems to be the case, yes. Done several today partially, then screened out, received ZERO. UK account.

I still seem to be getting the $.25 for the failure to complete a survey. US account. For what it is worth, my most recent rewards, SWA RR, Choice Hotel points, and United miles all credited within two hours of redemption.
