You must use Australian IP address to do surveys and Australian phone number to redeem. You can at least try and see which programs you have available.

I'm seeing the new site and one improvement - I can now redeem $65 rewards for 2000 BA Avios. Previously the max option I had was $35 for 1000.

I agree- the front page is slicker but the stuff behind it hasn't changed much. The "dashboard" now lists surveys available but, as with the e-mails, frequently they're closed when I click on them. I still seem to be able to get more surveys after they claim to have none by going back and clicking on old "You Have a Survey" e-mails.

And does anyone have any idea what value the "levels" and "badges" are? I see that I'm now a "Diamond Member" and supposedly I will now get "tailored survey invitations". I have no idea what that means.

Edited to add: the frequency of those irritating "Questions to find you a survey" sections with no e-Rewards $ seems to have increased- and yet I get surveys where I'm kicked out because of factors that were included in my previous replies.

Ok, so that's a non starter. I wonder if it's possible to use the VA invitation to open another UK account?

Sometimes when you click the invitation link there's a dropdown list of countries to chose, but this depends on the partner. For Virgin Australia I suppose it's Australia only. From what I remember the hotel programs gave choice of countries. I haven't seen an active invitation for more than a year though

This is something all kinds of sites do these days - no doubt trying to "tie us closer emotionally" to the site. (ugh). And I've always found it means what a gold star on the forehead of a kindergartner does - nothing.

I still have the old site, but Mrs. FTF's account is showing her the new one with the dashboard. It displays the purported topic of the survey (which usually seems to mean nothing) and the time required (often wrong), but not the survey's value - what you get for completing it. That's the part we care about, since there's no consistent relationship between time and value. What do others with the new dashboard see. Does it display the survey value?

I've clicked on multiple surveys today that have all defaulted to this same page asking for my name and address. I can't figure out if this page is an error but I'm not giving them that information.

I've had a few surveys where the info is pre-populated. I've Xed out of them immediately. I've given correct info to e-Rewards but am getting increasingly uncomfortable with the amount of info they're asking for in their "free" questions.

Mine and wife's Hilton account balances look to have jumped by 7000 points each today. We were both owed a redemption from October. Neither account shows the credit in the activity yet, but I'm pretty sure they've finally arrived in the balance.

Anybody else having delays in receiving Alaska redemption? Already entered the 4 week since I redeemed, never experienced such long delay.

Just posted mine from 17 October - in fact I had just sent E-rewards a message about them this morning...

No, my last redemption a few days ago took only 24hours unlike Hilton - still waiting on a redemption from Oct. 26th 😟

Same here. I contacted both E-Rewards and Hilton in the past week. The first didn't reply, and the Hilton rep said she'd open a ticket. The transfer finally took place in time for another one coming up in five days.
