I've been a member of e rewards for well over 10 years now. All of the sudden, almost everything is "out of stock". I wrote to them, and was told to try something new and that they are working with their sponsors to renew them.
OK... like what new should I try? Magazines? That's about all there is left! I can get a better deal on magazines from the kids that go door to door!
My Hilton points still haven't accrued (or been posted) on Hilton, and I redeemed those 9 months ago. Now, on the site, it says something about "posting delay". I guess delay!
Are they closing up shop, finally? Or, am I about to be booted? I have to add that I have answered all questions honestly all of the time I've been a member. I just didn't see the advantage of being dishonest and being booted.
Agh. This isn't fair. I have so many points, and nothing sounds interesting. Usually if something is out of stock, they are in stock in a couple days. Not this time!
I'm thankful to find this thread to see what others are experiencing.
I also want to note that I had seen a vast improvement in their customer service over the last year. It sounds to me from reading this thread, I am the only one who saw it that way! LOL. Vast improvement in customer service, but a more strict environment in which to redeem. Like, you can only redeem things once a quarter, etc.
Any comments of late are appreciated!
I haven't posted here in a long time. I used to be a fairly frequent flyer, here!

Just logged in to my account and my balance has increased by about 30,000 points. Looking at the account statement there are 3 manual credits for today - 2 for 15k each and 1 for 333 points. I usually redeem for Iberia Avios or Hilton. Both have restrictions that only allow redemptions every 1 or 2 months, so I can't easily empty the account and ditch it if they try to correct what must be a mistake. Unless I've won some prize draw - do they even run prize draws?

No e-mail here even though Im getting and using survey links regularly. Maybe theyre opening up more redemption options for those locked into a single hotel or transportation partner?

That sounds plausible. Like you, I didn't receive such an email and I'm still actively receiving and using survey links. I also still seem to have all of my redemption options available to me. IIRC, I originally enrolled via Delta, so I think I've already got all active partners in my redemption options.

No change is coming email for me, either. This is just speculation, but based on the posts here and the locations they're coming from, it seems like that email was sent to non-US accounts.
