I tried to redeem for IHG points yesterday. It said I couldn't because i had already redeemed within the redemption period. The thing is, there are no redemption periods for IHG.
I wrote to customer service and got I "don't know, we'll investigate" response. So I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has ever had that experience and if there was a resolution.

After doing several surveys, I logged into my account and discovered a $56 bonus reward. No idea why. Anyone else get a bonus?
On second thought, maybe it's related to a survey I took. But I get so many I can't keep track of them.

I received something new (for me), an email about a "Premium Survey." According to the email:
When I clicked through, it was the same old crap - no survey, just a series of questions which eventually led me to the usual Unfortunately, this study has received the number of responses required from your particular survey group.
What are Premium Surveys? Your profile tells us you have a unique perspective. It could be your occupation, your education, or even your lifestyle.

They've usually been pretty good about giving a few week's warning when they were losing a redemption partner, so I guess it was just a technical glitch.

What is a premium survey? I received an email stating I had a premium survey (only was for $1.75) and received an email for a premium survey a few days ago. What's so premium about these surveys?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a premium-priced survey for them in terms of what they get paid for it. They want us to take it more than the average survey so they're calling it premium so we think there's something special about it.
