Just tried using a $500 MC Usbank prepaid debit with Evolve, and got the "not a debit card" error message. mygiftcardsite.com shows evolve authorized $0.00 :)

As recently as two days ago, prepaid USB Visas were working fine. Apologies if I missed this, but are USB MCs broken with Evolve?

I got the same letter last month. I made my payment to CENLAR from my checking account last month and it went through. Interestingly enough this month I got a statement from Franklin. I just submitted my first EVOLVE payment to CENLAR tonight. Everything appears to working.

My partial payments of $200 to CENLAR last week was rejected by CENLAR and money returned to the GC. The payment according to evolve website was delivered on 05/08 and then on 05/09 , I get emails/txt msg's that the payment failed. Called CENLAR and was informed that they rejected the payment as it was not the right amount.

Just paid mortgage. Sweet.

sounds like you paid more than $1000 per day to that external account

Yea if you want to make multiple payments do them on Saturday and Sunday so they post on the same day

Bank of America Mortgage

DATA POINT:

I made several payments on Saturday and Sunday with a total equal to my mortgage payment. All payments posted on Monday and they were not applied to my monthly payment. I was able to call in and they reconciled the payments, but FYI it will not be done automatically.

Test payments arrived and applied to mortgage, next ones not

Looked through the thread and didn't see any mention, so wanted to ask here - I made a test payment to my mortgage last week, and 48 hrs later it showed delivered on Evolve and was applied to my online account.

I scaled up and paid more that day, and again 48 hrs later same result - delivered and applied.

Then, last Fri I sent another set of payments, they showed Delivered on Mon on Evolve, but as of today (over 48 hrs) still not applied to Mortgage account.

It's weird since most people seem to have their weekend payments applied on Mon....

I assume it's a timing glitch, but, I'm going to start worrying if not applied to CitiMortgage by tomorrow, since that's double the processing time of the first two successful attempts.

Question: If there was some snafu between Evolve and Citi - what is the timeline and process for the two parties to sort out "where" the money is, and how to get it to the proper destination?

Cheers and thanks,
Scott

Does anyone have success paying a Nationstar Mortgage?

Made a payment to Farmers Insurance. It asked for the seven digit account number, so I used the middle 7 digits from G00 xxxxxxx 01.

The payment never showed up and after contacting Evolve customer support, they said the money was sent to the wrong account and that I needed to contact Farmers directly to resolve it. Has this happened to anyone before?

tonyflyer May 14, 2014 2:41 pm

One of my previous BP to Farmers (not starting with G00) failed but later went thru fine with 2nd try. Late I was charged $10 fee by Farmers for something about "payment to incorrect acct number". I used the same payee/acct number so it's impossible for one of them uses different acct number.

My agent got my fee waived and I haven't tried BP to Farmers since then.

Looks like it is possible somehow EvloveMoney(?) messed up acct number to Farmers.

I know that Farmers only takes Visa/MC/Discover credit cards and you cannot make partial payments on the website, but paying directly with a cc may be something to consider to avoid all of this trouble.

In my case, Farmers doesn't take CC for payment to umbrella insurance hence the use of EvolveMoney and for 5x on VGC purchases of course.
