I was paying off a car loan using several debit cards through Evolve. When the loan balance was $316, I made three payments, $200, $100 and on the next day, $16. But the $16 payment was returned. Maybe the final payoff payment isn't allowed to be done through Evolve?
However, the Infiniti Financial Services website now shows the account as closed, with the previous $100 payment listed as a Payoff Payment and showing the previous balance as $100, with no mention of the remaining $16 (this was a 0% loan, so it shouldn't be related to interest). Is it normal for lenders to credit you small balances? (some credit cards give you credits for small balances like $1.99, but I wasn't expecting that for a car loan, and for an amount like $16; I wonder what would've happened if the amount was a bit higher like $25 or $99). (Or this is a glitch that they'll fix by repossessing my car...) I've left $5 outstanding on a car loan once because to pay if off meant an early termination fee. Interest on $5 for 14 months was nothing compared to a $250 ETF. I randomly received the title to my car 2 months later. Apparently the bank felt servicing my account was costing too much and let me go fee free. |

$999 max per account per day, IME. That's more than $500 x 2.

You'll have to use more than one account if you want them to all arrive on the same day. Each EV account has a limit of $1k/day.
Paid from 3 different accounts all on same day. No problems w/ WF applying payments, smooth sailing. |
I just started this month, but i've had no problems getting WF mortgage payments to apply to monthly payments. I have 2 mortgages-- the first is about $1800; I used the Sat-Sun method and everything went through Monday afternoon. I then tried late Monday night and early Tues morning, the Monday payments applied on Wednesday, the Tues payments applied on Thursday. I thought the different posting dates would be an issue, but it looks like they all applied to the monthly mortgage payment because next payment is now due 6/1!

I've been told by a bank before that final payment on a loan had to be in person. I guess to sign documents that it's now closed? Idk...probably a bank specific rule.

I guess this is being facetious? Just picked up some fee-free Mastercards at QT today so I hope they get it fixed soon... |

I had success last month, but I sent all payments on one day (Saturday) through multiple accounts and made sure it tied to the penny. Took them a few days to apply it after receiving it, but it did ultimately get processed as my payment

Staples having another promo--this time on MC GCs ($20 store GC when you spend $300+)
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/manuf...l#post22753634 Good to see that some are getting their MCGCs to work, but are people still having problems using them with Evolve? |
I'm attempting to use my OneVanilla card to pay a bill, but the system is coming up with a message saying that my account number is invalid. This doesn't make sense because when I check my card activity on the OneVanilla website, it shows that the transaction is pending (with no amount showing). I still have all the funds available on the card.
Has anyone encountered this issue? |
Evolve money has recently become not very reliable and less than satisfactory customer service. Instead of getting issues resolved in timely manner, what I get is standard responses without estimated issue resolution time.
In view of this, I am limiting EM use only to harmless bills like utility payments and avoid use for mortgage or loan payments. |
Just try to pay loan payment and got the following error msg:
Bill submission failed: JP Morgan Chase Mortgage Does anyone has the same issue? |
