Evolve Money

I have a mortgage of $580 and multiple VGC of $500 each. So can I pay $500 and $80 same day with 2 VGCs?

No issues here so far. I don't go crazy though either.

For those with Chase mortgages, it sounds as if you can make the full payment on a single day (however it's done), it should credit without any issues. Do any of you have the automatic payments feature turned on for your Chase mortgage? I'm curious if you pay with Evolve but have auto pay on whether it'll dock you again or skip that month since the system sees you've made your payment for June, for example.

I waited the 6 minutes before doing another payment, but unfortunately Evolve kicked it out as a duplicate payment. Sigh. It's a paypower card, so I was wanting to drain it before the 7-day fee kicked in. Any experience with it going back on the card in less than 7 days?

Again either change the number slightly like 300 200 in a row or wait 10 min. ten minutes has not failed me yet

We had auto pay on and we used evolve and it paid the next month. that said, there are many ways to get a free chase bank account other than the "pay your mortgage from your bank account". we turned that off pretty quickly once evolve showed up

Just wanted to post my good experience with a returned payment.

My life insurance returned my payment because I was a few days early. The money is back on my gift card which was easy to locate since the Evolve receipt included the last four digits if the card I used.

I file used gift cards in a coupon organizer by liquidation method and use a sharpie to note date used and what I paid with it. Worked perfectly.

I asked Chase in a SM if when you prepay will a 2nd payment will be drawn if you are enrolled in auto pay. They said there will only be a dupe payment if your evolve payment is made in the last 2-3 days of the month. Get it in early and they will block auto pay til the following month.

Anyone gotten a loan just to pay it w evolve. Was thinking about getting a 30 k secure loan and paying it down every month. Has a 1.25% apr at my local credit union that accepts evolve. Any thoughts

If you can pay it off relatively quickly, sure. Make sure there are no prepayment penalties.

Keep the name of the credit union to yourself. If MMS (boxes and arrows) gets the name of your credit union, you are toast. One of the people that PMs you might be Mr. MMS.

It seems as though MC cards are working whereas Visa cards are not. It'll be interesting to see if these do code as cash advances. I might try taking one for the team and trying it out on my US Airways MC.

Just as a follow-up... I tried making a $500 payment to a listed bill, and it posted as a purchase! ^ For reference, this was on the US Airways Premier World MasterCard. It's too bad that I'm likely to cancel this card before the end of the year because it's losing all of the good benefits.

Mine posted as purchase as well. I used the Citi Executive mastercard.
