If you're using VGC, you can only do 1 pmt at a time - so two bill pays for $500, 10 minutes apart.
If you're using Reloadits, you can just input $999, and load the two Reloadits in one billpay transaction.

So $499.50 x 4 max per rolling 30 days using VGC?

Well that's a pretty simple explanation then, their TOS expressly prohibit having more than 1 evolve account. If you pay the same biller-account from two different evolve accounts it's quite obviously a red flag.

Yea...I was commenting for posterity since the original error message indicated it was a payment limit problem but it turned out to be a multiple profile issue.

I appealed and they seem to have lifted the block, though I'll have to test it later.

Please read the wiki.

They just didn't give you enough detail to say that it was the limit on payments from multiple accounts.

Maybe we can get Evolve to give the error message "Read the wiki."

Ocwen Mortgage--worked like a charm

Rarely post but get great info from site, so thought I'd contribute. Just signed up for Evolve. Funds were correctly applied to August payment, with leftover applied to principal. Easy.

i recently got a bestbuy cc, it doesn't say visa/mc on it....so i am guessing its a "store" card? It is issued by citi though...

can i pay that bestbuy cc with evolve? i am going to try myself if i don't get any response, but would appreciate any data points

Just did that today. BB promo going on for 10% back in points. Posts fine with Visa GC's from best buy.

Make sure it's the CC though and not the BB rewards card.

Is the BB promo good for the store card also? 10% back in points?

What do you mean by store card? You mean the Best Buy Rewards card? If so, no. You must have the CC.

Nomoneyinmybank Jul 22, 2014 11:09 am

You will get the 10% back when you're trying to pay with BB CC on the POS screen. It's not that hard. Works fine for me. BB CC 10% + Evolve = FTW (I can use OV again).
