Anyone gotten a loan just to pay it w evolve. Was thinking about getting a 30 k secure loan and paying it down every month. Has a 1.25% apr at my local credit union that accepts evolve. Any thoughts

Took another posters advice and switched up payment amounts to avoid a wait period between payments. Paid my $800 car loan by doing $200, $10, $190, $20, $180, $30, $170. All back to back without waiting any longer than the time it took the page to load. BMW Financial didn't have any problem with my last payment of 4x$200 so we'll see how this one goes over with them.

Just FYI I made a payment of $100 to Alliant Credit Union mortgage and it was all applied to principal not regular payment. It is actually fine and I have some additional principal payments I want to make but if you want to pay your regular mortgage will probably take a phone call to have them reapply payments

For those with Chase mortgages, it sounds as if you can make the full payment on a single day (however it's done), it should credit without any issues. Do any of you have the automatic payments feature turned on for your Chase mortgage? I'm curious if you pay with Evolve but have auto pay on whether it'll dock you again or skip that month since the system sees you've made your payment for June, for example.

I have auto pay on my Chase mortgage. I used Evolve last month in the middle of the month. No issues. I paid 5x$200 one day, 5x$200 the next day. Chase holds the payments as "unapplied cash" until the full payment amount is reached. Then the payment is credited as a regular payment, PITI applied as usual, with any overage applied to principal. Autopay does not trigger as long as full payment received. Going to make next round of payments for June 1 starting today. Probably a good idea to do these 4-5 days in advance at least.

I wouldn't say that, but I am doing a refi (moving my mortgage to a HELOC since we are almost done, and rates are attractive), and had two banks with similar rates to pick from. The one in the Evolve database won the tiebreaker.

Has anyone had an issue where you pay multiple times over the weekend but only some of them post?

Has anybody prepaid the next few months' mortgage for a Wells Fargo home loan? For the past couple of months, I've been using Evolve to make exact payments for the current mortgage. I really don't have too many other bills to pay (other than credit card), but want to pick up more points/miles via Staples. If mortgage is $1800 and I just paid it this past weekend, can I pay $1800 this upcoming weekend to apply to next month's payment (due 7/1)? Or will it just get stuck in "unapplied"?

Actually my payment was returned by provident due to insufficient funding.
1. Any $500 payments after monthly payments have been made will get applied to principal. 2. Any $500 or more payments made before the full monthly payment is made will get rejected by Provident if the amount is less than the monthly due. I plan to try one of the following next - 1. Make multiple payments before the month-end. Call them and ask to combine to one single payment for next month. or 2. Make payment on a weekend or same day with two accounts. |

If your bank is in Evolve today doesn't mean it will be there tomorrow. I used to be able to pay my HELOC via Evolve and then one day it was not available. Vendors may be added all of the time but some are also removed.

Anyone have this issue? I tried searching under Chase and Citi..the results are mainly student loan or auto loan. |
You can't use Evolve to pay credit cards.
