That's definitely the problem. You can access their website, but you cannot login if you're out of the country. Tried it in several countries and no luck.

Some financial websites block foreign IP if they don't cater to foreign business. There are a few like that.

Anyone try paying a Citi credit card this way?

Thanks

No payments to bank ccs with Evolve BP AFAIK. They keep saying "someday", but someday never comes. :(

Guys - I think I know the answer to this question but just want to confirm if anyone has a datapoint. The only reload packs I see at my local WAG is this one

https://www.netspend.com/account/i/e...k_pop_pack.jpg

this doesn't work on evolve correct? Thanks for your input!

No, that type won't work. You need one of the two types featured on this page.

I've tried inputting my credit card number with Citibank NA, but it comes up as an invalid account number. Have six Citi cards and tried them all.

I have cable and auto insurance bills that are set to auto-pay. I don't want to cancel auto-pay as i get discount for that.

I am thinking if i do bill pay using evolve money (to burn VISA gift cards), the account should go in over pay. Thus, auto pay will result in zero and i will still get the discount.

Any issues in this?

Test it. In my case with a student loan with an auto pay, I still get money taken out of my regular account, even if I pay from Evolve. Maybe it`s different with cable and insurance,

I'll take your word that RLs work with Evolve, since I have never tried it. I have always used OV, which works fine. I guess the fee with RLs is a $ less, but it's much easier for me to buy OV at CVS, vs RL at a grocery store. If I can get enough RLs to fund T-M I'm doing well.

I've never done RLs with Evolve either. I feel like the gift cards are more reliable in case there are problems with Evolve - there have been reports of payments not going through even though funds were deducted, but perhaps I'm just paranoid. :D

I can confirm RLs do work on Evolve - tried only 1 so far for the first time this month but they are a pain to find/buy. I also prefer the OV route but looking to make multiple payments this month to a 529 plan hence the 'experiment' with RL since I believe 1 payment/biller doesn't apply if you use RLs

RL's work no prob, if you use an RL the balance stays on the evolve account till it is used up. T-M is the way to go though since the fee is refunded. Prior to discover, I was using my T-M card on evolve to make small bill payments thus using an RL indirectly.

You don't need to take his work. Just look on the options to pay on evolve. One option is cash, which then gives you two options, evolve bucks, whatever that is, and reloadits.

Wait !

I can use my T-M card to make payments thru Evolve?

So I get my T-M loads for free, and use them to pay thru Evolve? Especially since the WM threads seem to indicate that WM BP is dead. Wow, thank you so much. :D
