Can we no longer use PPMC to pay bills through Evolve?

You can do 1 debit and then multiple reloadits. Ive done this every month since they started restricting debits (including dec and now jan). Although Ive never tried doing the reverse, reloadits and then debit, I assumed as fail of a company as evolve is, that they would probably detect a previous payment, debit or not, and bomb on a payment using debit after that, so I have not tried it.

Very strange that we have the exact opposite experiences!
I have not been able to make reloadit payments after a debit and have successfully made a debit after reloadits!

My experience is the same as JohnnyCash's... if I do the reloadits first, I'm good. Reverse the order... no go.

out of curiosity, i thought maybe things had very recently changed, so i did it again for another biller on my account. This morning I did debit first $500, worked. Just now, still same day, reloadit $500, worked. Not sure why you guys cant get that to work, maybe its a biller issue.

Came across this and just getting started with Evolve Money. Have few questions...

Can someone tell me if they are still earning Cash Back on your Discover card for any payments made via Evolve? Just wanna verify that are these Evolve transcations considered Purchase or Cash Advance on the Discover card? Thanks.

Just used my PPBDMC to send a small payment. This PP card was registered with Evolve over a year ago so it was grandfathered in before Evolve stopped allowing that card to register.

Is PP friendly to Evolve payments?

for those with student loans with sallie mae/navient, how do you choose which loan to apply the money to if you have multiple loans under 1 account number?

i'm assuming that navient will kick the payment back to evolve because they don't know which loan to apply the money to.

Never had this problem. I just send the payment to navient and it gets applied across the loans. My loan invoice requires only one payment though and I just specify my account number.

I'm thinking he means how can he put higher or lower amounts towards each individual loan, i.e. he has 6 loans and wants to make a $100 payment how can he specify loans 1 through 5 get $10 each and loan 6 gets $50.

If this is what he means, there are two ways you can do it. Add each individual loan account to Evolve and pay them separately that way, or make one payment to the master account number and then call and have them manually adjust where the money goes for you.

If I'm wrong about what he was asking then yeah, obviously you pay the master account number and they divide it up just like when you make a payment the normal way. I would have thought that would be obvious...

Should probably add that info to the wiki. Has anyone actually contacted Evolve about the PPBDMC not working anymore? They seem to be fairly responsive - I'll volunteer if not.

EDIT: I emailed them about it, here was their response:

Good morning,

You are unable to submit payments using your PayPal card with Evolve Money. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,
Evolve Support

I just wanted to know how they know how to divide up the money. I have 2 loans, they're only differentiated by name "Loan-001" and "Loan-002", there is no account number other than the master account number so there is no way to add them individually on Evolve.

My single monthly payment is $230.11 (auto debited) and I sent $1 last week to see what they would do with it. Evolve sent it on Friday but it hasn't been posted on Navient's side yet.

If it doesn't post by Wednesday then I'll give them a call.
