This is not all bad. They raised the daily limit to $2999.00. I only push throgh 5k a month. Will be done in two days now. (Sloww with the 200 debit cards biut worth it. 25,000 miles a month for .007 mile) Also they take all credit cards now! (with 3% fee). Also multiple payments allowed to non financial instiutions.

Are multiple payments to the same biller allowed now, either on one day or multiple days?

Can someone please post the new rules to the wiki?

multiple payments

Two payments are available to certain billers. Its been available for a few months now. You can do 2 in one day as long as you don't go over daily limit. Carefull, it still has that weird glitch where if you do the exacty same amount to quickly it wont process and hold your funds for a week. Also, the system will warn you if you cant do multiple payments (unlike the old days when they just closed your account) I don't know how to updtae the wiki bit this is the link to the new limits from the update TOS - http://www.evolvemoney.com/transaction-limits/
I think the wiki on most of these threads are BS. You can do so much by trying. And a lot works. But you can also loose your paypal account like me.

So, for mortages, you can still make only one payment per month per account, up to $999. So unless you have several mortages, I don't see how the new $2999 daily limit will help.

Looks like you can now pay twice if it's not a financial institution.

What's considered a "Financial Services biller"?

ftbargain Feb 2, 2015 5:39 pm

They are opening up AX/MC/VI shortly and no limit on the amount you can or whom you can pay. There is a nominal 9% fee though.. :D

I'm assuming a financial services biller is a bank or credit card bill. So $999/day and 1 payment per month? Even with V/MC credit cards?

I am actually considering using my Citi TY Pref MC to pay my mortgage and car payment. I called the retention department last week and for 6 months, I get 3x TYP for all purchases. This would be an easy way to buy TYP for $0.01 each. I'd be curious to know if Citi cards count Evolve as a purchase rather than cash advance.

When you search for a company it will list the biller type to the right of the company, i.e. utilities, financial services, auto loan, etc.

I suppose you could get lucky and have your mortgage fall under the 'other' category.

I don't see why you want to pay 3%

Nice! Now I can unload $400/month on my auto loan using $200 GCs from Staples. :D

I don't think "cash reload pack" equals to the debit cards...

So anyone having problems about being automatically enrolled in e-bill when using Evolve Money to pay utilities? I do suspect Evolve automatically registers for e-bill at first place, but wasn't confident until today's calling to Peoples Gas.

This has been a problem back in three months ago when I made payments using Evolve, my address no longer receives paper bills afterwards.

By calling Peoples Gas today, the rep told me they don't send us paper bills because we have enrolled in e-bill. He did state it was back in November, and that's when I made the first payment through Evolve. Had to make Peoples Gas remove us from the e-bill list, as we rely on paper bills because the account holder (not me; an international student without SSN) cannot register an online account.

After I started using Evolve to pay ComEd, I no longer receive paper bills from them as well. On the other hand, AT&T Wireless started sending paper bills after I made a small payment through Evolve, but that's probably due to I closed my account and they sent final bills, I'm not sure.
