Thank you. I just went and looked at the statement, which does state they hold partial payments blah blah until the entire amount is received.

It would seem wise to assume it is a possibility. Has your servicer been discussed in this thread? Although I am a big fan of the "don't call" rule in general, I don't think it applies in this instance (others may disagree). I spoke with WF several times as I was getting the Evolve process worked out. With something as important as your mortgage, it doesn't make a lot of sense to just start wiring money around while hoping it gets credited properly. And test payments won't work in this case since many, if not all, servicers are not going to apply your payment to your bill until it hits the amount due. A test payment will simply prove that you are using the correct Evolve biller.

I'm with Chase mortgage, which I dont see discussed. My payment for this month was adjusted fine by calling in customer service. Am a bit worried though about this working out month after month until eventually my approx 3.5k mortgage payment gets denied to be adjusted and I'm out making a additional "actual" payment.

No, it can be a hassle to get the right fax number, but a signed letter by fax straightens it out.

What did they say about how the payment would be handled if you continued to pay this way in the future? I think your servicer probably has the best answer to your question. That's a nice chunk of change, your miles are gonna pile up especially if you are getting portal bonuses and such. Keep after them, I am sure there is an answer, otherwise maybe Evolve fixes this for us in the future, so you may not have to do the adjustment forever.

Hilarious. I just found out that Dovenmuehle would work for Cardinal Financial Mortgage, thought about posting, and thought, "nah, no one's ever heard of them". then thought "at least I might help someone".

then logged on to find everyone else talking about it. FT's a funny beast.

From what I can tell, they're sort of a hidden servicer. Although I got a letter shortly after closing noting the fact they would indeed be servicing my loan, all of my statements continue to have the name of the bank that I closed with. D's name is nowhere to be found. However, if you Google the address showing on the statement, it shows as belonging to D.

If you can use WM billpay to pay "best buy chase" for some chase cards, would evolve work for that too? Anyone try this?

I've been paying a JPMC mortgage the last two months with Evolve. Mine is about 2.1K, but I've had no issues getting the multiple payments to post to the account (i.e., meeting monthly P&I required payment) provided they all get sent on the same day.

Ditto. I've sent 2x payments to Chase for my mortgage two months in a row and Chase just automatically applied it. No need to call at all. Also worked for my Chase HELOC.

I tried it with a Freedom card. It wouldn't take the account number.

WOW! Really! We have been paying like crazy (almost done with my mortgage) - and chase/JPMC automagically pays the bill and uses the rest of the payment for principal! Without ANYTHING from me we are already paid out till August

iOS app is now available. Check the App Store. I used it this morning, works great.

Bank Of America Car Loan

Any ideas if paying a Bank Of America car loan would work?

I have BOA credit cards, checking and savings account but I am not sure what I should choose in Evolve money for the BOA car loan account.

There is one search result that says Bank of America Equipment Finance/Leasing but not sure if that is correct.

Datapoint for Wells Fargo mortgage:

I sent split payments over 2 days for the exact amount of the monthly payment due. The payments made the first day showed as uncredited to account the next day. After payment the second day posted, the entire amount was applied and credited properly. I didn't make any phone calls.

If you are sending split payments, they should be sent after the first of the month if that is your due date.
