Looking back at all the prior transactions my Evolve transactions with PP have always showed up as DEBIT CARD SIGNATURE transaction.

I hope it is temporary and in many cases could cause problems for VISA/Mastercard ..possible lawsuits? considering that EVOLVE is advertising they accept debits and ccs with the VISA/Mastercard logo but in fact they do not.

Visa/Mastercard need to get involved otherwise this notion that you can use your VISA/MASTERCARD debit or credit card anywhere VISA/MASTERCARD is displayed is false advertising.

And against all the "cash only" for gift cards/money order places as well.

now, of course i'm not going to send that info. sounds like the account is dead, unless somehow the phone call circumvents this online requirement BS.

I got the same e-mail. I would presume doing the same thing you were doing.

I sent them the info figuring if the account is dead I might as well let it go down in flames fighting.

My rent payments keep failing at evolve since the 1st of this month
with following error
Error
Your payment was returned from the service provider due to inaccurate or missing information. The money you submitted for the payment has been refunded to the debit card that was used or in the form of bill pay credits

This happens the very next day of when the payment is made
Evolve says my account no is incorrect although i have paid this biller in the past several times and my account no continues to remain the same
Customer service is not able to explain

Anybody faced this issue before and any resolution to the problem ?

I never received any email from evolve informing me of 4 payments per month per biller account limit. Is this rule in effect for all or only for those who were notified?

If you can't find your biller, just send them an email. If it's under another name, they'll let you know, or they'll try and add it if they can.

FYI - I hade 4 payments to same payee for July 7th delivery date. When I log in to evolve 2 are processed and 2 are pending. When I long onto my mortgage, they received 2 payments on July 3rd, even though its marked July 7th deliver date on evolve.

I also submitted 2 payments to same payee on 7/3 for 7/7 delivery. Still hasn't been delivered...

EDID: as of 7/8 payments show delivered (with a 7/7 delivery date) when I log in to my payee account. Seems like evolve didn't know July 4 was a bank holiday.
