Just spoke with the manager at a cvs in union county nj and she confirmed cash only starting tomorrow. Ended up buying the last 10 they had behind the counter.

Oh well fun while it lasted.

you should never ever call stores about these. these are part of the reason!

Since CVS always has some deals on chocolate, I'll probably lose 5-10 pounds because of this.

this might be a stupid question.... if CVS won't let more than $5k/day per DL, is it possible for somebody with a different DL (aka a different person) to go to another CVS and buy up to $5k more even if their name isn't the one on the card? For example a husband using a wife's card to buy an add'l $5k?
