Thanks.

Do you know if it is possible to check in for both the Lufthansa and Air Malta sectors online at lufthansa.com? Both sectors are on the same booking.

I don't know, I've only flown LH and KM separately before, although this will change in October.

I've never flown Air Malta but their website says the following:

Air Malta is offering Web Check-in from Malta, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Zurich, Geneva, Athens, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Berlin. Many more destinations will be introduced in the coming months.
Strangely Munich is missing from the list. If true you may not be able to check-in online anyway.

Indeed, along with a number of other odd omissions including London Heathrow. I guess we will have to see what happens...

KM is handled by LH in MUC, so OLCI should be possible on lh.com

Question

Good evening all,

I am flying LUX-MUC-KBP on Thursday with a 4 hour stopover in MUC.

I just got status matched today with TK and got *G. Otherwise I only have FTL with LH.

Is there a way for me to get into the Sen Lounge without my TK Elite card because of course, I haven't received it?

Should I print something or check-in online my TK # so that it's printed on the BP?

Thanks for your help in advance

If I recall, the LH staff will require the card. Whether it is printed on your boarding pass is irrelevant.

You can print out your TK statement and show it when you want to enter the SEN lounge in MUC. The minimum wage 'service agent' will send you to a LH emploee at the desk inside where you have to plead and document your case.

Hi ,

Next month I am flying from Dublin to Munich on LH2515 and then 55 mins later on to Larnaca on LH1760 .

I am wondering what is the procedure for making this connection , will I have to go through security ? Do I just go straight to the boarding gate for the Larnaca flight ? Will my baggage be put straight on to the Larnaca flight for me ?

Is 55 mins enough time to make the connection ? I am just a bit unsure having never travelled through Munich before !

Many thanks

Yes, your baggage can be checked through. Since both Ireland and Cyprus are non-Schengen countries there's no need to go through passport control, and since Ireland is in EU no need to re-clear security either. However, the flight from DUB might park at an apron position and you will be bused to the terminal.

If your flight arrives at a gate you only need to walk to your departure gate on the same level. If it's bus arrival you have to go up to Level H.

MUC is a very efficient airport and you will be fine unless the incoming flight is very late.

Can anyone provide some insight on the agent situation at MUC for inbound F passengers with short connection times? I have an upcoming IAD->MUC->ARN flight with a 45-minute layover. If the inbound flight is running late, is it typical for an agent to be waiting?

Thanks for the quick reply ^

Will I need to pre-arrange to have my baggage checked through ?

There is a group of 10+ of us making this connection so i'd say we should be fine

When you check in your baggage in DUB they'll automatically check it through to your final destination.

Does the MUC non-Schengen SEN lounge have a drinks set up like in FRA? Cocktails etc? Showers too?

Short connection in MUC to TLV

I am flying CDG to TLV with 55 minutes connect time in MUC. I understand that I arrive in Terminal 2 and depart from Terminal 1 Hall F. Since my connection is very short, I am concerned about making it in time. I want to avoid searching for the proper hall. Any directions of suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks
