Thanks! Am bringing a couple, but great to know they have ones that work at the front desk. We have so-called universal adapters, but sometimes the fit is off depending on the country (round, square) even if the prongs are correct.

If someone has a rewards night reservation, then cancel, usually the room will be back to the market immediately, so other customers could book.

Not necessarily. It may or may not come back.

I have cancelled several reward nights as my plans change and the nights have always become available to the public within a few minutes. That is why I have been posting here so other users can grab them if needed.

Yesterday I saw availability for Sep 7 and 8 nights right after bmrisko's msg, if dates were around the end of August I'd have taken them.

I am going to release the following reward nights.

20.08.2015 le moana
23.08. Thalasso
24.08. Thalasso
26.08. Thalasso

They would perfectly match with a Bogo stay from 21 to 23. 08.
If someone is interested, please send me a pm to coordinate the time of my cancellation.

I just released one reward night for Thalasso and immediately checked to see if it could be rebooked-- it could not; there was no availability. I logged out and re-logged in, still nothing. Did IHG change its system to prevent bookings of released reward nights?

edit-- nevermind, it takes a few minutes.

Yes it takes some moments. I took one of Tom's nights and it took some time, during the process it felt like several minutes as I was constantly refreshing the availability, but my guess is that it took around a minute from the moment he release to when I started seeing it back on stock.

Tom you are the best!

It looks like some dates in early October just opened up...I was able to snag the last remaining night I needed as well. I did some shifting around and after 4 nights in Moorea Moorea, our BB schedule is 1 night at Moana, 2 nights at Thalasso and a final night at Moana. Not necessarily ideal, but it was the only way I could piece together 2 consecutive nights at Thalasso.
