The Diamond Line has a recording that answers with:

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our reservations system. We request that you contact us in approximately 1 hour."

At least they are aware of the situation.

Your company is doing nothing to fix the website issues.
Your company doesn't even have a website help desk.
It is 9:45pm CST 9/16/2010 and I get this error

We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused. Our system has automatically logged this error, but if you want to give us some more details, please visit our website feedback form.

You can try hitting the back button and refreshing the screen to see if that gets you back on track or contact our reservation center to make a reservation.

Comments:
Your company has a terrible website. I just logged in to see my reservations and it says
"Find all your future Hyatt Hotels & Resorts reservation(s) that include your Hyatt Gold Passport account number. No active reservations found."

which is FALSE because I have many reservations.

Apparently (according to HGP Cus.Svc.) the programming changes to "merge" the Hyatt system with the GP system have been put on hold. Thank goodness. (All in favor of sending the programmers on extended leave/vacation, say "Aye".)

I am finding that my online account statement has become intractable--despite reconciling to a specific date, changes to the balance have occurred and it has become impossible to determine the origin or nature of those changes. This is dismal--lots of unnecessary lost time on the part of GP members and Cus.Svc. reps.

Since the Visa Free Nights have shown up in my account, when I try to book online, I get an Unavailable message even when the nights & hotel are readily available by phone!

Government rates not bookable?

...not that I would EVER check them, me not being a gov't employee and all...

Doing a search from the main reservations page just returns to the same page with all fields blank.

EDIT - working fine now, 20 minutes later. Wow - THAT'S responsive!

I tried to search for special offers in China using the new Hyatt website. Apparently, Grand Hyatt Shenzhen does not exist on the list. I tried searching under "China" and "Shenzhen".

Very stupid website indeed.

Hi. I work in the Hyatt E-Commerce team. Sorry to hear you're having a problem.

I just searched special offers with and without specific dates for China and Shenzhen and got back 96 and 4 offers respectively. Can you provide more details on what happened so we can try to reproduce it?

Thanks and we'll take a look at it.

Anyone else having a problem with special offers search?

It seems that the website has changed since I last booked a room. Can someone tell me where to find the list of G bonuses? I used to see that link on the right of the GP page, but it is very different now.
