It was down mid-after NAmerica ET but came back up around 3p. However, it appears there's been a redesign of the elite members section and not all for the better. Cannot find a way to get to the bonus points listing now.

I did find them listed under the individual hotels. For example, if you search San Francisco, it will bring up the hotels and bonus points. The codes look the same too.

Down again (effectively) at 6:30PM CDT. Get "error 503, temporarily unavailable" almost every click.

Please bring back the old Gx finder
It might have been useful to set up a focus group to do a little beta testing and give feedback, prior to changing the website. I find the new site difficult to use.

Hyatt Web Checkin (https://www.hyattwebin.com/) seems to be completely out of order this morning. Was hoping I could use it to check in early for a weekend stay, but I can't get it to load at all on multiple computers/browsers.

Is the site down again? For the past 2 days, I've tried on and off, and keep getting "Our online reservation system is currently unavailable. Please try your request again later" error messages.

Missing reservations...
Anyone else having issues with currently held reservations not showing up? I can log-in fine, but under "My Reservations" it shows "No active reservations found." ... when I absolutely have had several reservations for months.

Frustrating because I count on Hyatt to show me ALL my pending reservations so I know if I have to cancel any before I show up. Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch.
