Trouble logging in with user ID (using both IE8 and Firefox 3.6.3)
Since about 2 weeks ago, I have had to use my GP# to log in...and generally I have to repeat this 2-3 times, as often the system rejects my initial attemp to login every time. I thought that this had been a problem with cookies and I cleared them out; however, there seems to be something else at play, here.

Can't log in to GP.com
When trying to log in to goldpassport.com, I received the following error:

"An unexpected error has occurred while attempting to process your request. Please try again later. For assistance, please contact Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service at 1-800-30-HYATT or your nearest Worldwide Reservation Center. "

I am using Internet Explorer 8.0.

This error is similar to that received in a similar situation in the past (1-2 months ago). It seemed to resolve itself but is now back. Have been trying most of the day; was successful in getting into the site first thing this morning but later in the day it was completely inaccessible.

Hyatt.com web-site currently down for maintenance.

Wow, what is going on with reservations today!? I can't get anything to come up... when I click on "rooms & rates" the list is just blank??

GP Registration problems
end of the registration I got "error" message offer
is discontinued.
I used XXXXX as user name during registration. When I tried to
register again I got message: "You are currently remembered as an
existing member of Hyatt Gold Passport. If you are not this member,
please click here. Otherwise, please sign-in ." When I try to sign-in
using my username and password I get error message: "The username or
Hyatt Gold Passport account number you entered is invalid. Please
check
it and try again."

Only help what I keep getting from GP Customer Service is.

Another glitch
When making a reservation and inputting an airport code, such as BOS, when the map and list of properties appear, the BOS has expanded to "Boston Logan International Airport, Boston, MA". If you then want only to search for Summerfield Suites or Hyatt Place properties, when you input either of those and click on the [Find Hotels] button, you get the following error page:

Sorry, no matches were found for "Boston Logan International Airport, Boston, MA" in the selected brand(s). Select another Hyatt brand from the dropdown to view results for a different brand.
To start a new search, type a location or keyword in the text field. You may want to change the selected Hyatt Brand. Or browse the categories below.

If you then search for *ALL* Hyatt Properties *or* Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, in both cases only the hotels and resorts appear on the map and the list--not Summerfield Suites or Hyatt Places.

The results are the same as above if you input the expanded name of the airport in the initial search.

So, something is messed up, there.
