I see nothing that you're seeing. Unless you want to just create confusion it would help if you provided a link to a particular page or, alternatively, you gave details of date, points, hotel, room type etc. Alternatively, we can all wait until the update is completed.

Did you log in at least? You can only see changes when you are logged on.

I would never rush to judge during a ongoing update. It's makes little sense when the IT is being programmed. I seriously doubt a Cat 1 property jumped to 30K.

I hope that`s the case! I almost had a heart attack when my 60 days on points became 10 days only.
There are many things have been going on on the web (now this particular hotel doesn`t have any availability, and half an hour ago I saw 4800 under points-after 30000 two hours ago).

This is what I'm getting as of right now.

Can't log in and searching hotels is bringing up this.

So nothing to see as yet, we can all calm down until in the morning.

I saw this error a few times, too, but now all hotels "not available for arrival".

don't get too upset - there is a maintenance notice on the site. It's middle of the night in the US, no points bookings possible...

Seems it was a good move from my part to do a booking at 12k Points + 44 EUR (Hilton Tallinn) a few days ago before they roll this out.

I did the same - booked Fiji for 20k points + 174 FJD, as I'm not convinced that the new perk isn't a disguise for "devaluation".

There's no downside to booking before the system switch. If it improves, I can always rebook at the cheaper rate.

Given that this hotel is $1,000 a night in peak season (I have redemptions booked when it is selling for that) I wouldn't say 95k is outrageous.

Rates double or more under the points slider

Booked a room last night on points plus cash. No change to the cash price today.

6 weeks ago the standard rate was 16,000 points + 48 this then increased around the time of the announcements to a higher cash cost.

Cost was 16,000 + 55.20

Today they want 16,000 + 109.92

This is a massive change.

Sure, I can find similar cash plus points but this is only on much cheaper room rates where I would probably not use points.

Very disappointed with Hilton changes.

Please feel free to report your findings.

Tried pricing the Hampton at Corby, which is a category 1.

Can't find a single date where points can be used.

Its a good thing I cleared my points with pending stays for the rest of this year. It is never a good decision to save up points on pending changes to program
