Did the same. Resubmitted a new dossier/application on Monday, 9/27, at 2:30 am((8;30 Paris) and still waiting. I also used another email address as well. Nothing. Very frustrating. I emailed them and no reply either.

I'm going to try a new application. Please advise on these questions in the app:
1)Address of residence abroad - Is this my US address or where I'm staying in France? The word abroad is throwing me off.
2) Country of residence abroad - same as above
2) last question states "Done at" , what do I enter here? United States?

3) I put in the current date in France using their DD/MM/YYYY formate. Remember they are 6 hours ahead of the US east coast.

I tried last night on the third account after 6AM France time and nothing. I will probably try again tonight from my phone so that it's coming from a different IP address than my house.

read the post upthread where you can add file to your existing folder that was approved. Might be a better option.

#1 and #2: If they were asking for your French address, why would they ask you for the country?
#3: "Fait a" requires a place as well as the date. Type in where you are, e.g. New York, NY, USA, followed by the date.

well, question 1 of the app already asked for my country..I do see your point though. I think the translation muffles it up a bit.

1. US home address
2. USA
3. date, time, home city, USA


abroad is "abroad" when described from the point of view of a French person. so to them, US is abroad.

plus, no french citizen/resident should be using this online form to get a vac cert. they have their own way of getting vac cert. therefore the answer cant be France address

p.s. if you havent been successful in getting approved so far despite submitting at morning time France time (with France address info), then the AI is probably working as intended :)

haven't tried France time yet, way too late for me.(Do people actually stay up past midnight?) I will next time I wake up and use the bathroom..

Tried our third person again tonight but no instant approvals. Tried a new submission on a different IP address with their account. Tried a new submission on a different IP address with an approved account. I'll have to try again on Monday I guess. The weekend is hopeless.

Same… submitted two at 7am Paris time, approval within a few hours. Tried to do third from same account, no approval. Then tried under new account through VPN, no approval.

Has anybody had an approval in the last two days?

Yes, I was able to get three people approved on Thursday (some at 7 AM France time, and others in the afternoon France Time, around 7 AM Eastern US). Honestly, it felt more like trying to get tickets to a show than an official process. Almost like it’s luck if you apply right when a machine is open.

The below is pure speculation, but I am curious if others have any data points.

- Our applications got approved when our arrival date was a week or less out. Maybe they are prioritizing sooner arrivals (which would be nice for people who find out this requirement late)

- I also had quicker approvals when I submitted photos taken from an iPhone as “Large” vs “Actual Size” (meaning they were smaller files). Maybe the computers are able to do the checks quicker on smaller files.
