I just read TIMATIC and don’t see a test requirement for fully vaxxed people.

Submitted a second version (exact same as first) soon after 12am ET; received approval and pass within 30 minutes. First application was submitted 3 days prior and had not yet entered review status. Deleted first application to cut down on remaining queue. Thank you to the thread!

I can vouch for the fact that my application got reviewed and accepted when submitted first thing in the morning (830 am) Paris time. My previous application submitted last night is still pending.

Followed others footstep, I resubmitted the app within same account as Woodenshoe101 explained, at EST 2:42am. France time 8:42am, today.
Received Review email 5 min later, followed by the Accepted email with the QR attachment in 2 min at EST 2:49am. Same experience as reported by chicago1976 and several Posters a few posts up.
The old one submitted on Sept 8th remains In Progress.

Thank you for posting the DPs.

Multiple positive DPs in this method reported in Trip Advisor forum. It seems between 8:30am to 9:30am you get almost instant approval.

PS
I did delete the old file just not bothered to mention it as I believe most people would do so automatically.

You should probably delete your president ious application if you haven’t done so. Just a suggestion.

I did.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Your application (no. 5379719) was rejected on 16/09/2021 (DD/MM/YYYY).
Your application was rejected on the following grounds: “Dear Sir, Your stay in France having ended, we regret to inform you that we will not anwer your request. We invite you to repeat it during your next stay. We apologize for not being able to do your request on time . Best regards”.

Useful.

Yup I got a similar response about a week after I returned.

I won't bother trying to apply again, unless there are reports here and elsewhere that restaurants and other places are strictly enforcing the France/EU passes, not accepting CDC cards any more.

Maybe it's one particular staffer who's doing these instant approvals and he/she will be relieved of duties soon.:p

My experience exactly: Application filed late night Paris time never acted on. New one filed at 10:00am Paris time today, approved in minutes. Uploaded into the TousAntiCovid app and…ready to go!

amolkold Sep 23, 2021 11:29 pm

I uploaded 2 passenger details today just before 7am in Paris. The first one was accepted before I could submit the second. Five minute turnaround.

Similar experience Friday morning. I uploaded the first (of 2) applications at 08:01 Paris time and the pass arrived as I was typing in the second. There was a delay on the second one and I was getting worried until I realized that I had forgotten to enter the country of vaccination. The second PS arrived 2 minutes after I had corrected that error and re-submitted.

One was for myself -- I will arrive France on Sept 30; the other for my wife who arrived in France on Sept 19.

Many grateful thanks to all those who have reported their experiences -- very helpful indeed.

No you don't need that. They haven't asked anyone I know for that.

My application from Sept 12 is still pending. I guess I will have to stay up late and try this new method of submitting during French morning hours.

JMB_Austin Sep 27, 2021 9:50 am

The process to submit during French morning hours has worked for me on one application, but has not worked on others under the same or different accounts for the rest of my family. It seems to be very hit or miss!

gnomey Sep 27, 2021 12:41 pm

Submitting at 6:30 am France time is still working. My previous application went unprocessed but a subsequent application worked.
It seems like it's automated - as long as you submit at the start of their office hour.
